Last month, I acquire a book about personal finance and I learnt a lot of things from it.

I learnt that it is good to develop a money mindset in order to stay afloat in this present economic of the world.

One source of income is not good you enough in this present economy. The reason is that inflation keep rising eventually on a daily basis.

In order to beat the inflation, it is good to have multiple streams of passive income. So I want to ask that what are the best ways to generate passive income you know.

The best way to have passive income is not put your money in bank but in any business if it gives you 2% per month that's double from your bank paying you and you have a business with your name growing as well .be it any business advertising , smm or seo anything you like and have energy for it .

That is great because I feel too ; tiktok is harming the generations , the content quality is awful and that ready stings me , when you watch something and feel like you wasted your time watching it .

If you are creative and talented maybe uploading videos on TikTok and YouTube is a nice idea. I have never tried earning from there but I hear alot of people get a good amount of money from there. I also read somewhere that doing work as a transcriptions is a very good job also coding.

It's the best thing but you need money at first to invest in real estate and need to have good knowledge about the land's history so can sell that for profit when you want.

Another thing that can be useful is to rent your property and earn rent every month and its a good regular source of passive income

Thanks for pointing this one out to me. I have been thinking of investing in real estate for a long time but the problem is that it is capital expensive. you need a substantial amount of money to get started with real estate investment.

I will advice you to get some lands in the rural area. It seems the price of land over there is not as cost as urban area. You may even buy like a hectare.
