They are probably waiting for more lows in price before buying and are taking a tactical move , because if they buy now they might not hit the profit they want to gain and they have seen level of fear in market and are holding on

Whales accumulating that much in cryptocurrency and Bitcoin is always a very worrying factor because it shows that they have a lot of control and power over the market as well, which can be dangerous if they choose to ever do a large sell off with bitcoin.

When there is a high buying signal that's when the whales invest , I noticed that if the market is still moving sideways they might not just invest at that moment of time ,but would like to hold on and wait for the price to move in the best possible direction before making any move

The concern is also that if you are waiting for the market to rise and you are still holding onto the coins that you have then you are also running the risk of seeing a loss in your investment as well if the price of the coin had to take a serious nose dive and many people are not prepared for this possibility.

One thing about crypto currency is that it's most times unpredictable ,you could be holding on and suddenly a positive news emerge that would affect the coin positively ,we actually need to be prepared and don't invest so fast , because we can't predict the market full dimension,that's the problem in the situation
