I am also a member since a long time on this site and I will try to answer your questions:

1- you can't earn from reading messages but you have to read them because if you miss one or two or many, the admin will remove 40% from your balance depends on the messages that you didn't read them (if you read them all then you will get your full balance 100% at the last of month)
2- it depends on you, the highest level is 6 (100$), you can stake all levels or if you don't have money to do that then stake 3 pools like me.

3- there are competitions monthly for referrals and you can earn more than 400$ from those contests.

4- yeah before you invest and start staking pools or to withdraw , make sure to submit the KYC and confirm it without of problems.

5- you can transfer Wesa token to your Waves exchange and trade it there for bitcoin (this is the only method to withdraw).
