Webex offers a good way to communicate both by phone and by video. The advantage is that you can easily organize meetings or customer appointments virtually. Great way to invite external via link. Easy sharing of documents / presentations possible during the conference.

What I find a bit problematic: in presentation mode, the functions are more difficult to use. For example, giving and taking back control of the presentation to other participants is not easy. This complicates the application to some extent.
