You can also rent it, or build a website on it, and then grow it. There's no easy passive income around the net, unless you have some serious cash.

You are thinking about this the wrong way.
First you need to think up a method for passive income, then decide to get what you need.

For a VPS you can run multiple programs but they all require upfront investments. Not really profitable either.
All methods are pretty old such as running hitleap and other autosurfers and selling the traffic to others.
It is much more profitable to use a vps to build a website, but that is certainly not passive.
You can also browse the guide section of BMF and find some passive methods.
I have written this guide before that is almost passive after a month of effort.

But again, dont stare yourself blind on a VPS if you dont know what to do with it anyway.
You are most certainly going to lose money without a plan.

yeah i understand your point of view, but the problem its that i am from Argentina, and that`s limit all my possibilities to do money online, so i need a vps to test all the methods of making money

That doesn't seem to make sense.
You don't need a VPS to make money online and as @kicktracer011 said you should be thinking about what are you gonna do to make money online instead of fixing yourself to just "using a VPS". Just downloading and running some software to make money from a VPS without work sadly isn't a realistic option.
Creating websites or mobile apps can help you earn some money in USD currency, and since ARS is constantly losing value it doesn't matter if you start making little money, you are way better off since the start and you can scale it since it pays for its hosting.

You can rent it out as hosting, or create a website proxy and there are at least 2 opensource script that you can use for this purpose, but I guess you need to rent multiple ip addresses and refresh it every 2 months with new ones because this type of business gets blocked in no time from abusers.

Host autosurf programs like 9hits, sx-flood, otohits, hitleap, 10khits, these will give hits to those who are looking for hits and looking to grow their statistics to show someone.

Create bitcoin faucets.

Create url shorteners.

Create browser-based games with incentives and tokens/credits for sale.

A lot of things and more you can do with vps.

ebesucher is a good one. if you want website traffic then you can have hitleap running too. you can make a page with ads and advertise it using hitleap. i dont know any other autosurfers and using these two websites won't make you profit
