That seems to be true for instant you can get any amount of followers from this site'addmefast',fanslave,etc but you will need to pay for it,but sometime I prefer to do those simple mathematics myself I will create twitter account which wont take me up to 48min and start inviting people before or within 3 days I will get enough followers instead of spending my hard earn currency.

Yes there are popular youtubers who can provide you quality traffic but if you have a good presentation you can also get traffic from it,twitter just need you have good information been tweeted you may be lucky one of your followers can retweet it on their account and share it with others this also bring traffic,if you have a good facebook page you adminsterd you can share some of your tweet there and invite people to visit the page some of them may become your followers and subscriber.

Even if you try here on beermoneyforum to pay people to follow you, 7 bmf is too small for them to follow you. But if you offer $0.04 they will follow you.
