Hi Admin, I was quite confused with my account. I try to fill the signature box but it's showing the error message. The same thing when I want to contact support but when I click sending message The same error message show up. Here the error message.

I don't know what's wrong with my text, it's just normal words, does the signature have any violation like symbol, bracket or any specific words? or I am still not eligible for signature. please kindly advise. thank you :)
