Yes, is true and I've already tested by myself that I had to make a minimum deposit to make the first withdraw. I have no idea why they give free Hashrate but why would you spend 6 months or more of your life waiting for maybe 5$? Just invest on the project if you want to make money because without money nobody makes money...
