I've seen many videos on YouTube show that you can get a verified PayPal account by adding a fake credit card info to your PayPal account (when you sign up) but those videos hided what's going to happen when you receive money on your account!
Here is whats going to happen when you use a fake credit card to verify your PayPal account, PayPal will freeze your account once you receive money and you won't be able to use the money in anything (buying-sending-withdrawing).
And since you can't provide a valid credit card statement because it was just a random fake credit card or stolen credit card info, this account will be useless forever!

There are virtual credit cards now that you can use to verify your PayPal account. Your options will depend mostly on your location as other countries do not have much to offer base on the comments I read from online friends. Even those who do not have bank accounts can now easily get verified using the service of their Telco provider ( referring to the country Philippines)

Thank you for letting me know. I wouldn't use a fake card. Furthermore, I wouldn't use any false information with PayPal because I want my account would be good standing.

From the reviews of users I get to learn that PayPal is a very sensitive payment processor. They often found suspicious to users. PayPal is good enough but we should be careful about adding credit card.

I never knew it was possible to use a fake card. I think it is impossible to verify with a card like that because how can PayPal charge verification fee if card is fake? I guess it is possible to verify with a stolen card because the card has names and account number that any scammer can use.

I still believe that it won't work for long because the stolen card will be inactive after the real owner gets a replacement.

I just wish payment could be open for all countries so as to avoid all the crook methods of accessing the site. The only thing is for them to beef up their security.

A year after getting you paypal account verified, the credit card or virtual card you used to verify expires. Will your paypal account get "unverified"?

Yes. Your PayPal will get unverified and you have to verify again. :D You can also delay verifying the second time if you want.

Why would you use fake details to verify your PayPal account? All you need to do is walk to your bank and you will get your visa card. There are so many options to choose from rather than risking your hard earned money.

I think some people may not be allowed to open a bank account especially if the previous one was closed due to bankruptcy or being declared insane. Some may not be allowed to open if they are said to be criminals. This may tempt them to use a fake card to verify PayPal.

Are you sure about that? My virtual card already expired a long time ago(2 years ago) but my paypal is still verified. I just asked because I am not sure if this is the case for everyone.

No need to answer..I already found the answer..:p:p

It is not verified. It can show that but PayPal can't charge it and you also can't send money to PayPal using card. The card is expired and I know an expired card can't verify PayPal. It might be showing that on screen but I doubt if it is giving protection to your account.

If you already renewed, then that might explain everything.

In that case they can use virtual cards for purpose of verification. Payoneer is a good option.

Haha. No. You don't understand. Yes obviously you can't VERIFY a paypal account using an expired credit card and you can't make PURCHASES.:p
I'll make it clearer for you.
Example:
I have verified my paypal account last year using a working credit card.
Therefore my paypal is VERIFIED and the limits are lifted.
The card expired this year but my paypal account remains verified and the limits are still lifted.
But of course I can't make any purchase using that card obviously.
If you just read the attachment I posted which is from a paypal employee, he/she confirms this.

You understand now?
You're welcome!!:D:D

Tell me how? PayPal does not accept payoneer cards nowadays.

I understand what you are saying. :D it must be like that because the one year is not over.

If you verified for example last year April, you will have to verify again this year April. Maybe the card has expired before the 1 year is over :D

It is not advisable to try to cheat the system. It would be easier to get a credit or debit card than to be banned forever. I am not sure with other countries but in our place, I was able to get an app that is equivalent to a Mastercard and it was accepted by PayPal. It's a PayMaya.

Lol...No you don't.
It is the paypal employee/support who said it that paypal account remains verified and limits remain lifted even after card expires..
You know better than the paypal support? lol...
The example above is just to make you understand because in your previous posts you are referring to paypal purchases using expired credit card which is different to what I am talking about: paypal remains verified even card expires. :D

How did you verify yours? I'm having problem verifying mine since I'm not receiving a Paypal code and they haven't charged my card, too.
