Most of us could recall the Libra coin project by Facebook which surffered rejections from US Congress and regulators., Diem is the next Facebook project which is set to start trials for its USD-backed stablecoin,The project scheduled to start later in the year no specific date. The coin will be used for payments between individual users and payments of goods. They are trying to receive a payment license with regulators in Switzerland and to pass the anti-money-laundering checks.
It is my hope that this project won't fail like the formal.

I also hope that the project comes through this time around. I guess the formalities may be taking quite a while but we have we time in the year for it to materialoe.

Well they tried to offer fr3lee USD back in 2019 as well with the idea don't know of they will still allow a airdrop or what about bringing users

They have reviewed their initial plan and come up with a better framework which is more reason why this project is set to see the light of the day,
