UserCrowd was rebranded not long ago. The company changed their name from UsibilityHub to UserCrowd. When they did this it seems that the site now has more tests that you can take. This is an international website and anyone can join. Here you will be doing really short user tests on websites or even apps. They can even ask you for your opinion on different logos or other types of information a developer is looking for the opinion from the public.

How Does it Work?
  • Like all sites, you must first join.
  • Here you can only join with your email address and password.
  • The site will ask you several questions regarding your age, your country, and what languages you speak.
  • They will also make you verify our phone number. You must enter your phone number and they will send you an SMS with a verification code. Before you can finish the sign-up process you must enter this code.
  • The site will verify your time zone and set this up for you.
  • They will also want to know how many hours you work on your computer each day.
  • They ask you if you want to set up your push notifications on the site.
  • This is a really good idea. If you have them turned on you can receive notifications of a new test that is available for you to take.
How Do The Tests Work?
  • The tests are super simple and easy to take. You don't need a screen recorder or even a microphone to take the tests. They are all done in your web browser.
  • The company can show you a website for a few seconds. After this, they will give you a few questions to answer. The questions are simple and deal with what you remember about the website you just saw.
  • Normally, it takes less than a minute to take the test and give your feedback.
  • You can also be shown a logo or a set of logos and asked which one you like better. You must give your feedback and tell them why you like this one.
  • You'll earn points for each test that you take. The test points are 1 to 5 points for the tests.
How Are You Paid?
  • The company uses PayPal to pay you with.
  • You'll need $10 in your account before you can request your payment.
  • Each point you earn on the site is equal to $0.10.
  • You can earn $0.10 to $0.50 for each test that you take.
  • You need to request your payment from the company.
  • It normally takes 30 days to process your payment.
The site has improved since it rebranded. However, what I don't like is how long it takes to be paid by the company.

Has anyone joined this site and how do you like it since it was rebranded?

I tried to cash out 100 credits which is $10 last thursday but until now I haven't received any payment yet. I did check the payout section and the status is still "open" or still under review. By any chance, any one here knows how many days should it take to receive the payment after you requested the payout? Thanks
It used to take up to 30 days. Then they decreased the wait time. Now they decreased the cashout minimum so everyone is cashing out at once and they have a lot of payments to process. I'd say you need to wait at least a month before you get your payment.

I read a discussion about this before and one of the member receive
her payment after 2 long weeks. She also said that it can take up to 30 days before you can receive the payment.

Thanks guys for this information. I guess I will just have to wait for the allotted time period then til I receive my payment. Looking forward to receive my first payment from UsabilityHub.

I heard that someone finally got the 100 points but they refused to pay him as they were not satisfied with his answers. So make sure that you put the right remarks.

You are welcome. By the way, how long did it take you to reach your payment? do you receive daily task from them? I am not receiving any task for a week now.

They do a quality check for each answer. If you put in gibberish, then of course you will not get paid. I've actually had a few surveys "rejected" before (no reason why), but they still paid me the remaining.

I signup to this site through a friend link but I hadly have tests to carry out apart from the first few days but now I go days without any test and I get easily bored with sites like this.I look out for other sites to augment.

I still havent receive new task from them, it is more than a month now since I last receive task. I chect them everyday but no task available? does pc users receive more task than mobile users?

I have been using usability hub from my laptop only and whenever there is a test I am automatically notified. I completed about 5 tests since Saturday. It is imperative that you turn on the notifications. So far I have earned 20 credits on there.

How long have you
been on the site? Maybe the availabilty of their task depends on location. I regularly check them but no task is available. I only got 3 credits since i started working on the site more than a month ago.

I have been on there for one and a half month. I was not getting tests earlier on too. As I stated above I enabled the desktop notifications. Whenever there is a test I am notified. If you don't do this then there are great chances that you will miss the tests.

The notifications and the sound is activated. I am even leaving the tab open for usability hub, but still i dont receive new tasks from them, or maybe it also has something to do with the speed of my internet connection.

So this is my most recent site that I've been working for. It's called usabilityhub and even if it doesn't pay much, I am guessing that it can be around $20 per month for little work, so it's not too bad. Anyone working for this site? How much have you earned there?
Hello thank you for mentioning these site! and $ 20 a month is pretty decent income for me! what are task that you can do in that site? are they accepting member all around the world?

This Inthink is for people who use the pc/laptop daily where they can just leave the tab open and be notified when there is new task. sadly I am just using mobile so i was not able
to earn from usability hub.

I am getting tests regularly on there now and I have reached 50 points. I need 50 points to reach payout. It will take sometime but I like completing the test on this site. They are really easy.

I never receive any task anymore, it is really easy to do the task but unfortunately this is not for mobile users. This is for those who are working on laptop because it needs to leave the tab open to receive task.

I most on mobile so i was discourage the first i heard about it not been mobile friendly, this site has been in existence for a while now and lots of good reviews so far

I totally forgot about this site until I read this thread. I have joined this site quite some time ago, though I like how the site works, I rarely get any tests, hence I seldom check out the site. I will go and check if my account is still active.

Actually, I have received 3 consecutive task on mobile before, that gave me
3 credits. But after that task, they never send another which I think because I would need to switch on laptop or pc to receive more. It will really receive good reviews because the tasks are very easy, you just need to click according to the pic that is being asked and then you will get 1 credit which equates to 0.10$

Is Usabilityhub the same with Usertesting? I'm kind of new with this one I don't know how it works. Do I have to pass a test before I can join the site?
