UserCrowd was rebranded not long ago. The company changed their name from UsibilityHub to UserCrowd. When they did this it seems that the site now has more tests that you can take. This is an international website and anyone can join. Here you will be doing really short user tests on websites or even apps. They can even ask you for your opinion on different logos or other types of information a developer is looking for the opinion from the public.

How Does it Work?
  • Like all sites, you must first join.
  • Here you can only join with your email address and password.
  • The site will ask you several questions regarding your age, your country, and what languages you speak.
  • They will also make you verify our phone number. You must enter your phone number and they will send you an SMS with a verification code. Before you can finish the sign-up process you must enter this code.
  • The site will verify your time zone and set this up for you.
  • They will also want to know how many hours you work on your computer each day.
  • They ask you if you want to set up your push notifications on the site.
  • This is a really good idea. If you have them turned on you can receive notifications of a new test that is available for you to take.
How Do The Tests Work?
  • The tests are super simple and easy to take. You don't need a screen recorder or even a microphone to take the tests. They are all done in your web browser.
  • The company can show you a website for a few seconds. After this, they will give you a few questions to answer. The questions are simple and deal with what you remember about the website you just saw.
  • Normally, it takes less than a minute to take the test and give your feedback.
  • You can also be shown a logo or a set of logos and asked which one you like better. You must give your feedback and tell them why you like this one.
  • You'll earn points for each test that you take. The test points are 1 to 5 points for the tests.
How Are You Paid?
  • The company uses PayPal to pay you with.
  • You'll need $10 in your account before you can request your payment.
  • Each point you earn on the site is equal to $0.10.
  • You can earn $0.10 to $0.50 for each test that you take.
  • You need to request your payment from the company.
  • It normally takes 30 days to process your payment.
The site has improved since it rebranded. However, what I don't like is how long it takes to be paid by the company.

Has anyone joined this site and how do you like it since it was rebranded?

I have yet joint this site, but definitely will give a try since this kind of jobs are not able to find at other micro tasks site like microworkers that I have worked on all the while, so have to switch to Usabilityhub for some new earning chance.

I've reached the threshold for $10 and requested for payment but I haven't received any payment yet. Some members of Usabilityhub said that it will take a month before I can receive my first payment.

Congrats that you effort paid, I am not sure how long the payment process taken, hope you will receive your money soon. How long it take for you to hit your first cash out? I am thinking to take part too.

Thanks. It took me more than a month before I reached the threshold. When I was new to this site there were lots of tests but these days it's slowed down. Hope they can get many clients. You should try it because it's really easy tasks

Thanks for the tips. Will go for it today for sure, as Microworkers site has not many micro tasks for me currently. I am thinking for getting some other sites to work on, but not Picoworkers as it need I.Card proof for cash out.

I got my first payment just 2 days after my request. My second payment - just few hours after my request. I guess it depends when you placed a request, they pay once a week if I'm not mistaken.
The site has slowed down lately for me. I get just 1-2 tests weekly. I'll probably stop working there after I reach $10 and get paid..

Oh no, I heard most of the users complaining the site is slowing down to them, I heard this won't be a trend, hope the site will come back for more activities. I just signed up myself, hope will get my first test soon during this week.

Really, that was a very fast payment. It has been 10 days since I requested my first payout and yet I haven't received any payment from them. I do agree that the site has slowed down my last test was 4 days ago.

I only get one task per few days on average. But I've read on Reddit that some people were using the loophole to gain more money on this site. They found out later and still rewarded those credits cause they think even the people were usibn the loophole, they were still giving out their opinions. They also explained on that post that they have only four peoppe in a team so sometimes it may take a little longer to respond. I admire them for that and will continually use this site.

The problem with testing groups sites such as this is the fact the company doesn't always gain a lot of work. They need to work so hard to find new clients and at times they just can't. That is why the site slows down and later on will pick up again. There is a lot of competition out there and this makes it hard for a company to find new clients.

Slowly, but surely the site is improving. I've been getting more and more surveys recently. It's still not as good as before when I could get 5-8 surveys per day, but it's better than nothing. Now I receive surveys 2-3 times per week but for half a year prior to this, I received nothing. Hope UH can find more customers and send out more surveys.

Has anyone received any tests from them lately? Since those European modifications, I can't even enable push notifications in Chrome.

Is 16 days counted as recently? My last test is in chinese. My browser isnt attached with any translation plugins. Looks kinda weird. But i think they are improving. Things are getting slow lately.

I haven't received another test since May. I'm not sure if it's my browser or the latest EU modifications regarding the privacy and all that (I checked if there was some update regarding the terms and conditions that I should've agreed to, but I couldn't see any).

I have signed up for this but the opportunities are quite rare. I got two offers which granted me 0.10$ each. This is too far from the minimum cash out rate which is 10$.

Then i guess you arent fast enought to catch the offer. I usually get my offer in the afternoon in +8 timezone. So, midnight in the US. Maybe its the time i can focus on my computer, but you can try it :)

I don't stay on the page. I usually relied on my push notifications but it looks like they're not working as they should lol.

They work for me every time. I let the tab run when i do other stuff with other tabs. I only check in the site when there is a notification. I dont think there is a technical problem on their end. But yeah, there isnt many tests lately.

I've been a member for a few days now. So far, I've earned 15 credits - a balanced mix of 1-4 credit tests.

Tests seem to be paying about 1-2 coins per minute - so if you did 1 hour straight of tests (which will probably not happen), you would get 60-120 tokens ($6-12).

But the notifications seem to be broken - After getting 2 notifications my first day, I went a day without notifications and then got a test within 2 minutes of opening the lobby.

What do you mean by "opening the lobby"? I havent had any tests for month now. I really want to know whats wrong with the notification :(
