UserCrowd was rebranded not long ago. The company changed their name from UsibilityHub to UserCrowd. When they did this it seems that the site now has more tests that you can take. This is an international website and anyone can join. Here you will be doing really short user tests on websites or even apps. They can even ask you for your opinion on different logos or other types of information a developer is looking for the opinion from the public.

How Does it Work?
  • Like all sites, you must first join.
  • Here you can only join with your email address and password.
  • The site will ask you several questions regarding your age, your country, and what languages you speak.
  • They will also make you verify our phone number. You must enter your phone number and they will send you an SMS with a verification code. Before you can finish the sign-up process you must enter this code.
  • The site will verify your time zone and set this up for you.
  • They will also want to know how many hours you work on your computer each day.
  • They ask you if you want to set up your push notifications on the site.
  • This is a really good idea. If you have them turned on you can receive notifications of a new test that is available for you to take.
How Do The Tests Work?
  • The tests are super simple and easy to take. You don't need a screen recorder or even a microphone to take the tests. They are all done in your web browser.
  • The company can show you a website for a few seconds. After this, they will give you a few questions to answer. The questions are simple and deal with what you remember about the website you just saw.
  • Normally, it takes less than a minute to take the test and give your feedback.
  • You can also be shown a logo or a set of logos and asked which one you like better. You must give your feedback and tell them why you like this one.
  • You'll earn points for each test that you take. The test points are 1 to 5 points for the tests.
How Are You Paid?
  • The company uses PayPal to pay you with.
  • You'll need $10 in your account before you can request your payment.
  • Each point you earn on the site is equal to $0.10.
  • You can earn $0.10 to $0.50 for each test that you take.
  • You need to request your payment from the company.
  • It normally takes 30 days to process your payment.
The site has improved since it rebranded. However, what I don't like is how long it takes to be paid by the company.

Has anyone joined this site and how do you like it since it was rebranded?

I wish there was a referral program, I would put my referral link here and make some additional money. The site is extremely simple, they don't have any of that, just the basic.

I like using this site because of the simplicity of it. It pays $0.10 for a test, and all of the test are fairly simple. You can finish them in just a minute, sometimes just a couple of seconds. Though I have to say that the test availability is pretty inconsistent at times. Sometimes you'll get a satisfying amount of tests per day, sometimes you'll get 1 or 2 tests per day, and there are also times when you don't receive any test at all. I'm yet to meet the minimum payout of $20, but I'm sure that I'll meet it in 2 or 3 weeks judging by how things are going right now.

I just signed up and took a few tests. There's a few things I don't quite understand, though; how much is a credit worth? Where do I cash out? Anyway, it seems like a pretty good site; the tests are pretty simple and I like the interface. One complaint is that I only got two tests today, I was done with the site for the day in about 90 seconds. From what hafiz93 said, it supposedly gets better, but if so, it seems pretty inconsistent. Fairly solid site, though.

I keep the site open at all times and go there clicking once in a while and I am averaging 10 per day or more. 1 credit equals 10 cents, that's pretty clear.

Well, it's as simple as it can get, you register and you do the tests, there's nothing more to it. Have you visited the site?

I did. I guess I just got a little confused by the simplicity? That makes any sense to you? Do I just upload any random pic and make any test or do I need to do something specific?

I just signed up today. I agree, the site is very simple. They don't even have application requirements or tests. From what I've gathered, the site has been around for seven years now, so it's highly likely they're legit. The downside is that a lot of people do register for the site and so it's hard to qualify for tests. I'm not on my laptop 24/7 so I don't know if I'll be able to make the most out of this site. Can you recommend any specific time to go into the site though? Probably a time where more tests are available? Or is it all random?

Anyway, I like that the tasks from this site doesn't take so much time. I'm still confused though as to what types of tasks are there since I haven't gotten one. Users say that the tasks don't take much time. Are these tasks surveys or studies? Or are these tasks like the ones in Mturk or Microworkers? I hope someone can shed some light on these issues. Thanks!

I signed up for this site. It is going to take me forever to cash out because at this point I only have 90 cents. I take a test every day but they usually only have one for me, so at 10 cents per test you do the math, with a 10 dollar cash out..it is going to take me a few months to get there.

@oportosanto

Yay! I'm here to report that I have actually gotten tasks now, six to be exact. I try logging in once in awhile per hour to see if tasks are available. Anyway, so far, since I joined, I've gotten .60 cents for those six tasks. Not bad... I'm hoping to get more tasks though. It would take a long time before I can cash out.

Anyway, with regards to the tasks, they are very easy. You just answer questions that they give you regarding a certain website's design or interface. You won't even spend more than three minutes on a task. The downside is that the pay is very low and not a lot of tasks are available as well.

Still, it's a fairly nice site to work with. Maybe at the end of the year, I can reach the cash out threshold, lol.

Nah, I have the site open at all times and I'm there under one month and I already have $17.3, so $20 per month it's a sure thing for me.

I've earned my first $20 on this site two months ago and received the money 2 weeks after my withdrawal request. I'm two tests away from my second cash out. For the kind of work I do on the site, 10 cents is a fair amount. The number of tests per day is not consistent which is understandable. On some days, I would get 10 tests and on some days, none at all. There are different types of tests on the site such as Preference Test, Click Test, Navigation Test, and Five Second Test and they don't take up much of my time. Most can be done in 1 or 2 minutes.

Bеing а Usаbility Hub tеstеr is а grеаt wаy tо mаkе еxtrа mоnеy in yоur spаrе timе аnd аnyоnе саn dо it! Thе tеsts dоn't tаkе а lоt оf timе sо it is rеаlly еаsy tо squееzе а fеw in thrоughоut thе dаy. Mаny оf thе tеsts (Nаvigаtiоn, сliсk, аnd Prеfеrеnсе tеsts) just rеquirе а сliсk оr twо аnd yоu'rе dоnе!

I am not sure if I will continue working for this site because the waiting period is really long. I waited for 30 days before I received my money and I rarely get gigs even though I have a Usability hub window open for 24/7. It took me 3 month to reach 20 bucks and I have to wait for another month to receive it. The bonus money every 3 months is nice but I won't deny it is frustrating.

I have been a member of UsabilityHub for more than three months now and already cashed out twice, that is $20 each. The tasks are really simple and won't eat much of your time. Each task won't take more than a minute to complete. But I think a major drawback of the program is lack of enough tasks. Nowadays there are only a few tasks available; may be 2-3 tasks per day. Some days I don't get any tasks to do. It may be different for different countries I guess.

But the site is quite legit and I always got paid within 7-10 days of my payment request. I wish if there were more tasks/day to do.

I didn't quit the site as I do multiple sites at the same time but I won't deny their system kind of upsets me. My computer is open 24/7 and I am lucky to get 3 tasks a day. I think this is region discrimination because I heard some people can reach the minimum within a week. They do pay but the slow payment is so frustrating.I always wait for their notifications and I seemed to have satisfactory performance with this site but I don't feel rewarded. PTC's suck but at least the minimum cashout is attainable in 1 day with easyhits4u.

I'm not familiar with this and this is actually the first time I heard of it. Is it similar with Enroll? I have an account there and the tests are so rare that I almost have none in a month. I'm looking for an additional website to work on though and this seems an interesting site so I'll check it out. Thanks for sharing!

So this is my most recent site that I've been working for. It's called usabilityhub and even if it doesn't pay much, I am guessing that it can be around $20 per month for little work, so it's not too bad. Anyone working for this site? How much have you earned there?
These days it takes me 4 months to reach the cashout minimum and I have to wait for another month before I will receive the money. It is frustrating but I still use it because the extra 20 bucks every 5 months is kind of helpful. It is not something that can be a full time job because it is such a slow earner.
