Elizabeth Warren (US senator) drew attention and reactions with her bitcoin announcement. In an interview with CNBC, the senator also claimed that she was in a very speculative situation, saying that Bitcoin would end badly.
What do you think about these statements of the US senator?

I don't believe this will happen. If the end was to happen like the senator said then it would have had happened already. Cryptocurrency is here to stay so we better get used to it.

I wish she would support her statements with facts instead of speculating over such an important tool of investment that even shrewd and successful business men have put in their funds.
I really wonder what people with a political identity make such statements for and how knowledgeable they are about it. Although what they say is very different from what appears sometimes, they still persistently express the same thoughts.

I have read some few articles still suggesting crypto can still fail which I don't believe too. So the best way we should always handle this is to invest what we can afford to lose and in case of any thing, we wouldn't be affected badly.

No one knows what will happen.. bitcoin may end badly or not.. but more likely not because people wouldn't let it just happen.

This is what you see when people that do not know anything about bitcoin tries to predict the price of bitcoin or anything about bitcoin .

I doubt bitcoin will end badly, I think it will only end up bad if the people or government treat it badly, as it stands now bitcoin is going okay and steady

Totally in agreement with your stand on bitcoin not end badly . The coin has so many strong supporters that won't give up on it

Yep, and considering many already considers bitcoin as the face of cryptocurrency, bitcoin will only much fall if the cryptocurrency market also falls

Exactly , the fall of bitcoin will crumble the whole cryptocurrency market because many investors will lose faith in cryptocurrency itself

We cannot say or judge anything as Bitcoin or even the crypto industry runs on the basis of hype and also they are very volatile. And in future may be they are used by every country and if the hype ends they fall badly.

The hype can never end because people will always want to promote their investment ,same with the coin developers.

Yeah there's that situation, though probably there might come a time that some coins might take the place of bitcoin being the top coin and bitcoin might go down without the market going down with it

Bitcoin seems impossible to end badly due to it's strong supporters ... moreover that's why it's still advised to invest what you can afford to lose... crypto currency is widely known for it volatility...though she shouldn't have said such a thing knowing the impact it can have on the market
I doubt she has enough understanding of how her remarks would reflect on the market or she probably doesn't care. It is easier to condemn what one doesn't understand.

Well most have actually lost faith , it looks a daunting task to even think of profiting in this sector , all these clowns have made the market crashed and its stagnant nkw

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are seriously facing challenges now that people may be push to likely believe or allign with her opinion but if we still consider development arround Crypto currencies one could still be positive.

Bitcoin can't end badly, because it pretty much can't end... a situation where the internet ends, then yes that would make for a possibility of bitcoin ending.
