What is unique about Ureed?

Unlike the other platforms, Ureed tests freelancers in translation by different tests. After passing the test, you will have the certified translator badge. There are 9 translation tests that you can take:

• E-commerce intermediate exam
• E-commerce intermediate exam - editing
• Literature translation
• Financial translation – basic
• Financial translation - intermediate
• Legal translation

What kinds of jobs are there on Ureed?

Ureed is a professional platform for content creators and translators. From translation to script writing, you can find the suitable job.

Ureed Academy

Ureed offers an introductory translation course that walks the translator through all the tools and techniques needed in the translation insustry. The course fees is 30 $ and the first session is free of charge.

Ureed withdrawal minimum

Ureed sets 100 $ as a minimum to withdraw money. Payments are processed within two to three days.

Ureed payment methods:

You can withdraw your credit on Ureed using one of the following methods:

• Credit cards by service providers like Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
• PayPal
• Payoneer

Ureed commission fees:

Like many freelancing platforms, Ureed takes a percentage of 20 % of your earnings. So, if you earned 100 $, Ureed's commission will be 20 $.

yes, it is a lot. but you can think of it from a different prospective, especially if you are a translator. This platform provides tests for translators to be authorized and this will attract client's trust. This platform is the arm of Tarjama company which is a leading translation agency in the Middle East.

Actually it is like Upwork. But Upwork also have a good think for long-term contracts with the same client. You start with a 20% commission but after hitting the 500$ with the same client, Upwork will take 10% and if you hit the 10000 $, it will be 5 %. It may be difficult, but it enthusiast the freelancer to satisfy the client and also not to take him out of the platform. Also, for profer=ssional freelancers and for many kinds of jobs, 500 $ are very easy to get.

Yes, I see. You are from Algeria. I am from Egypt and I can find lots of Egyptians working on the website and have finished many projects. Also, their general tests are really easy, if you are good at translation.

@Nour Moh - thanks so much for sharing ? I've just been on the site and like that it offers many services through which freelancers can earn. What's more, they all play to my strengths. It's a shame that I can't find the list of languages they work with because I don't want to set up a profile only to find that mine is not offered. But I also think 20% commission is rather steep. I offer writing/translation/editing services on Fiverr and it takes $1 for every $5 I make. But thanks for sharing, anyway. Who knows, I may well register.
