- You can earn up to $9.99 for every 1000 downloads for tier 1 countries.
- Only downloads from unique IP addresses will count
- Only completed downloads will count
- Only files larger than 10MB will count for the rewards program
- No copyrighted or illegal files
- The max file size for free user uploads seem to be 386MB
- They pay via Paypal on the 27th of each month
- The minimum needed to cashout is $1
- It takes 60 DAYS to CLEAR the earnings in your account. You can only cashout AFTER your earnings are cleared.

This site doesn't look too bad, but taking 60 days to clear earnings is very suspicious... who knows if they'll even be around after 60 days..?
