They will count downloads, not uploads. Share your uploaded file link with others and request them to download.

Payments are added to the account and paid when users withdraw (after reaching minimum withdraw limit.
There is no instant pay per download feature in any uploading site, all will pay after an account reach the amount that is allowed to withdraw.

Fantastic update about up-load.io platform, what I love about this about this platform, is the ability not to show annoying pop up ads or fake links in the background. And the fact it runs on a PPD model, that makes it look more genuine for use.
