It's good to know a legit exchange site. I used to think of exchanging money from other payment processor to PayPal, though it's not in their service, I think it's still good for me to keep this for future use. Thanks for sharing this!

Update:
I have used UniEx exchange service today, I give them Zcash for Perfect Money, transaction completed under 10 minutes.
Highly recommend this exchanger, it's secure and fees are low compared to other e-currency exchange sites.

Well,payoneer have cards,that work everywhere,yes ,activating cost you 25$ but if you working good ,and,you make money,then that's not a big deal,and,if you cash out 1000$,they will give you back,also,you can work with that card everywhere,ATM,or buying anything.Alll in all good thing.If i find out some processor who do the same,i will work with that one.Maybe,payza was option for that,maybe,payza was good option but,now is down so,payoneer stay only one.I think webmoney,have same opportunity,but,making account on webmoney,is real pain.If someone know other option,i will gladly listen.

@mr b that is true but i think there are some service which you can use to exchange your paypal money and poyoneer this is what i learn from you early last week if the service is not working please let us know.

This is the best exchange for Payeer to btc or vise versa .I used their service and within one hour I exchanged USD to btc and other coins with confirmed tx .it's legit,real and support is ossum and simple interface to navigate compare to other exchange .

Firstly I used Best change exchange for top exchange price for my pair and then I used the service no problem at all .

I have an account on UniEX. I wanted to exchange my $4 by UniEx but it was not possible for me. Here is a tough limit for me. I need the minimum $25 to exchange by UniEx. It is very painful for me at the moment. Now I think that Payeer $4 have no value. Because I can not withdraw from Payeer.

Seems Uniex is in maintenance mode, it's been like a week by now, I heard rumors they want to sell Uniex exchange for about $100,000.
The average monthly profit is also shared and is about $5000 per month in profit.

If you visit Uniex you get this message: "Service is under maintenance till 31.05.2019"

Will keep you guys updated. I miss this exchange too because had instant exchange and very low rates.

Changer.com is also a good alternative. The exchange rates might be a little worse, but they support, Perfect Money, Payeer and a wide variety of cryptocurrency. Orders are also completed almost instantly and I would definitely recommend it.

This site Uniex.co is an exchange site, however, from some time their service always show ZERO balance on BITCOIN and other e-currencies. I don't recommend it from the moment.
