UBEX was a project that some people believe as alot of potentials. It describes itself as an artificial intelligence based advertising platform on blockchain and was quite aggressive with it ICO advertisement, during their ICO you could see their ads almost everywhere. After successfully raising about 28,800 ETH during ICO, the price of UBEX have just been dumping without any sign of improving. Also till date UBEX are yet to release stable version of their product (although it is planned for July), this makes most crypto enthusiast believe this is just another scam project. The fact that the token was already trading in exchange at 5X price during ICO makes alot of people believe UBEX was another pump and dump coin with large investors being a major victim here cause their token was locked for certain period of time.
