CoinMarketCap last month survey on the country that is likely to adopt bitcoin as legal tender shows that showed that top ten countries received a total of 234,057 votes indicating highest likelihood to declare Bitcoin as Legal tender. Paraguay ranked highest with 81,433 votes followed by Venezuela with 58,656 votes. Anguilla and Panama followed with 34,376 and 17,323 votes respectively. United States ranked 6th with 7,823 votes.

This is interesting , let see if this will come to reality.

Interesting, the survey should keep going. If country like US is ready, other countries might follow the trend. US still has some rule which is not favourable for the crypto currency and Bitcoin.
Yeah when there are surveys at Intervals it helps the cryptocurrency ecosystem to grow and create more awareness to people.

I doubt if this will be from a reliable source . US may adopt cryptocurrency but it is going to be difficult to adopt it as a legal tender.

It is very possible that it is from reliable source though I am more open to further research if you can share with us where you feel the survey may not be true.

For them to rank 6th shows that people are not interested in having it as a legal tender but as an investment opportunity. US is also in competition with country like China , having bitcoin as legal tender will not be good for them due to bitcoin Volatility

I don't think these surveys would really matter if the government officials or higher ups are not in them as they are the ones making decisions up there

US is now the mining hub of bitcoin and few other coins , this could be a booster and the fact that US has the highest market capitalization at the moment.

The chances of USA adopting as a legal tender is very slim , the reason is that the government would not want the adoption of crypto currency to surpass the strength and useage of us dollar

Trend changes , the US dollar is also fast loosing value due to inflation while cryptocurrency is able to off inflation so the chances could be bright.

That votes are quite low to be honest and we can't take it to represent millions of people.. in what basis is what i want to ask.. country may like to adapt crypto currency but the citizens are the ones to decide if they're using that

To an extent the good number of people are still not in cryptocurrency activities I think most of the survey are taking within the circle of those into cryptocurrency.

If the number of students in for the adoption is lower than those that are against it. It is likely that the government will have issues implementing it .
