Reducing CPM will only scare people away. you have to put money from your pocket for a while if you want that 10K daily views.
Also, your website doesn't count some views. I tried it. it counts ~%70 of my legit views.

The bottom line is I alone can send 10K daily visits to your site. But with this CPM and the counting, I rather use other shorteners. Hope things will be better in future.

First, I am not a programmer, so I cannot amend the script and make it not count the views, as it works automatically in the account. Secondly, one visit is calculated per day for each ip and I do not have enough money to invest in the payment from my pocket, because I live in a country where $ 1 is considered a full day's living when I save Currently, I never earn, but I am not losing a lot, at least $ 1 a day. Ther is no fake buttons and the countdown both 10 s - 10 s the redirect is becase of the pop under ads

We have raised the cpm again and took the advice of a commenter that we should take a risk and lose a little for future profit. After reviewing the profits or losses that the site generates during the next 24 hours, we may remove the pop-up banner from the site's pages

You really refuse help, well good luck ! My take is that if you only decided to pay premium for traffic without a plan, then you are going to be sucked up and trashed as soon as you lower the rates! Make a plan then invest in it, the rest is clueless actions of a drowning man. I don't like to see this, but it is happening daily in this niche.
