As part of their never ending quest to meet the users' demand and quickly advancing technology improvement, Twitter has now rolled out an update that lets both Android and iOS users view 4k HD pictures in full glory. This feature has been in testing for quite some time now, and while the web client already lets users to enjoy HD images, mobile users were restricted to view only half of that, now they can also enjoy HD pictures from their phone.

Well good actually , Facebook is going to have an tough competition after this feature , Every picture adds added storage , so they must have spent heavily on the servers as well out of pockets to be honest in my opinion

truly a competition ,but the amount twitter gets from ads and others with million dollar stock market might not really be a big deal in them creating such type of innovation of hd pictures

I so much love the way it has been diversifying in the past and it is gradually on its way to become the number one social media network.

Thqat is a very good feature because there is a lot of pictures that you have where you have to see some of the finer details in order to be able to see teh picture properly and understand it as well and therefore i think that this will be very helpful for people into photography.

That is true, and to be honest if they are trying to have a way that people can advertise on the platform as well they have to also consider that there is a lot of people that do use adblockers and they would have to bypass that if they are looking to make some money from that as well.

THe adblocking feautures makes the use of site to advertise not welcoming for advertiser's , because I know the amount they would have spent just to get the ads to reach a wide range ,then the visitors start using adblocker ,since they feel that they find the ads very intrusive and annoying too ,it would actually become a very bigger problem in that range too

Yeah Twitter actually is one of a better platform for such ,I think on a normal note the pictures on Twitter are quite clear , I haven't experience any form of vague or not clear pictures ,if they add more function it's definitely going to improve the platform more and it seems that's actually their target with the way things are going
