In this tutorial, I'll teach you how to create an adult tube website from scratch.

• 3rd step install WordPress - Yes a simple WordPress site, no fancy scripts, we don't need here to create a webcam site, we just want Google traffic to generate money, there's plenty of adult WordPress themes, take your time and decide if you go with a premium one or not(if you short on the budget for this project a free theme will do its job after that you can upgrade to a premium theme), and of course install most important plugins for SEO, YOAST is good, and very important W3 Total cache plugin for fast loading.

• 4th step install GA and add site to GW - GA = Google Analytics, it's a free tool that gives you tremendous insight of what's happening on your site, do you have traffic, where is coming from and where is going, GW = Google Webmaster, it's for submitting your website to Google search engine and they will index your site content, here you can see keywords that are ranking and brings you traffic and lot more.

• 5th step start posting videos - basically, you will embed adult videos from popular tube sites such as Redtub*, XVIDEO*, PORNHU*and so on, here pay very much attention, you will have to SEO every post, always include keyword in the title, H1 and bold text and image alt tag. It's a tedious work but that's how it works. If you don't optimize images and description you will never receive search engine traffic.

• 6th step off-site optimization - you must build high-quality adult backlinks, if you do on-page optimization and no adult backlinks you will not make any money, no matter how small your niche is, you'll never rank enough to generate cash on a daily basis.

• 7th step ways to make money - now since the traffic is coming, your best bet is to put pop ads and pop-unders, also display CPC ads such as JuicyAds, Plugrush, you will find many adult advertising networks, you can also try CPA networks that have adult offers, some may pay even $5 per webcam lead, you'll have plenty of time testing and stick with what works for your traffic.

I create my own PHP script . Auto import videos from one site: title, embed code, keywords, categories. I can choose how many categories I want on site.

Site is full of content, got around a 100 visits everyday from vids i posted elsewhere.

One big problem I face like the dude in the other post is making backlinks. I ran out of forums to use backlinks on for my site.
Only one erotica forum accepted that I used my signature.

Everyone wants to watch it but no one wants to link to it.

The fact I cant get a grip on making more adult backlinks really grinds my gears.
It is also so much harder because guestposting does not really exist.

Well, did not expect this to happen...

As far as I know, this is a good sign.
Google finally listed me somewhere on google search, and people are able to find my links naturally, without me spamming tons of sites with watermarked videos lol.

It happened yesterday, and traffic is picking up right now. Looks like I took a good gamble with my niche.

I will take another look tomorrow to see if this increases, and I keep uploading videos to let Google know I am still updating the site with more videos.

Have I been doing it wrong?
I've been using embedded videos without having signed up to the tube sites' affiliate programs where they pay for the clicks on the embedded videos. I chose not to sign up under the programs in order to use the embed videos because their strict criterias would stop me from using user submitted embed videos, perhaps even other programs on top of it.

Perhaps my main concern is: is it legal to use embedded videos without having signed up for the programs first?

Yeah, they still make money. Without signing up they just dont have to share those earnings.
I use myp**nbible to find new sites, and check if they have a webmaster program.
Most of them also have CSV dumps with loads of videos you can embed, with tags and categories automatically added.
I personally dont use the CSV dumps because they contain a lot of random videos.

Made around 20 bucks now. It helped that I tweaked my ads to show different styles depending on the visitors country.
Thanks to my acc manager we made a list of the best converting banners for each country and use that banner if they visit.
Got one rotating banner as catch all for people that use vpn and such.
With these tweaks I should do a bit better. All banners are HTML5 of course.

Also started marketing on Reddit. I had one successful go at it already, so I am off to a good start.

I won't share too much information on what the method is to drive the actual traffic in case someone copies.

I had one other post but that one only got 2 upvotes so it was pretty much worthless.

Starting to get the feel of the subreddits, posts are getting more popular. I have to thread carefully with watermarked images because a lot of the subscribers recognize models so I cant watermark everything willy nilly.
Still uploading new videos on my site. Thanks to the search engine I can easily get updated on fresh videos to post on my site. Google search traffic is also slowly increasing. Still not my focus.

Also rendering complications right now to post on various tube sites, made from youtube content. Seems to do the trick of dodging copyright strikes. X hamster banned me but all the other tube sites are very accepting of new content.
