This is a social network like Facebook but the difference is tsū share ad revenues with its members.

You get paid to share, like post new content and invite your friends to boost your income. Minimum payout at $100 via check and Paypal!

I just joined but I have a neighbor who received 2 payments already and she used my PayPal account because she doesn't have one. Here's the last payment proof:
tsu payment proof.jpg

Also she announced me couple days ago if she can use my Paypal email again in a week or so to receive her 3rd payment. From what I see she manage to earn an extra $100 with tsū in 3-4 months. Pretty good, comparing to Facebook where you earn nothing.

Aw, I am definitely one of those people who waste their time away on Facebook. Anyway, Tsu is fairly new to me. I tried searching for it online and apparently it is invitation only. So thank you for sharing your link with us so we can join the site. Your friend's success story is also a proof that this site works. As I've read reviews online, it seems like one drawback is the high payout threshold of $100.

But yeah, some people have reported earning the payout threshold in a few months. Of course, it's not easy money, as it with any other online job. You would need to spend some time in the site and as well as put in some effort. That's not something I'm worried about. Particularly since I do spend at least an hour a day on Facebook, why not spend that time on Tsu instead?

Are referrals a greater way of earning from this site too? Because if it is, then I'd better share this site to my friends.

I signed up for an account with them about a year or so ago, just to secure my real name on the social network so nobody else would snag it. But I have yet to post on there. I actually learned about them via one of my Linkedin connections who posts on there regularly. I've been apprehensive about posting on there though since I was a little worried it might make me look a bit desperate for $$$, lol. Especially since I am using my real name, though I suppose I could open an account under an alter ego.

Just out of curiosity, what are the average earnings per post? Is it something like just pennies per post, where it will take forever to reach the $100 mark?

I think it's an interesting concept, since many folks have long complained that Facebook has been monetizing it's users for years without ever sharing any of the revenue with them. But I could also see the downside of paying people to post, since it seems like it would encourage people to just share any old thing, just for the sake of trying to earn some extra cash. That's already an annoyance on Facebook, with some of my connections over sharing information about themselves such as non-stop selfies, sports updates, family photos, family announcements, what they had for dinner, announcing that they're travelling somewhere, etc...

@OhioTom76 As I said my neighbour managed to make $100 in 3-4 months, from simply posting stuff and referring friends I think is a good beer money site and with a bit of hard work we could achieve more than that.

So how does it work exactly, do you get paid per share or per friend added? Or is it based on the traffic your shared content attracts?

3-4 months sounds a long time but I guess when you take a step back and compare it to other beer money sites, it's probably slightly higher than others over the same period.

It's all about pageviews which generate ad views from here you get 50% cut, also 10% goes to the company and the other 40% to cover referrals, at least this is what they say.

So alone you not gonna achieve $100 in a year maybe HA HA HA! but if you invite friends you have a chance to make some decent beer money like my neighbour do, with some marketing you can easily achieve 100-200 referrals, some will stay active some don't but but for you will add up pretty quickly.

It looks great! Thank you very much for letting us know about the existence of Tsu. I know a similar site that I have never used -but I will probably start using soon: 3tags. Its design is more Medium-like, and it is a lot more focused on the content. I think they are in beta now, so I will probably wait until we get a stable version of it. But I do not really think that anyone could make a decent amount of money with it. In my opinion, you only get money if you generate tons of pageviews with your posts.

Aha. Thanks for explaining!

Sounds like a team effort then, and one I'm not likely to generate enough to warrant the time invested. I'm at the age where I don't really share things on Facebook, let alone enough to encourage many views!

Unless we started our own beermoneyforum group on tsutsu!

I've been considering this site off and on but still haven't joined. It sounds like it's rather dependent on referrals, and that is always going to be a problem for me, because in nearly 10 years of internet use, I've never managed to refer anyone anywhere. Even my family has no interest in anything I do, so I'm never going to get all those referrals some super successful people make.

What about content? What kind of posts are earning people money, and what kind aren't?

Tsu is a pretty sleek and cool looking site, that's for sure. But I can't seem to make it work for me. At all. Why? Because whenever I go to the bank or account tab, there are these pop-ups regarding the terms and conditions or community guidelines. Which is fine. But when I hit the accept/I Agree button at the end of the pop-up, NOTHING HAPPENS!

It just stays there. No redirect, no confirmation, nothing. There's still a pop-up on my screen with the I Accept button at the end of that huge wall of text, which, even after I hit the button, doesn't go away. :(

I've read online about some people who managed to make some decent money out of this, so it's nice to see this here, too. Still, they already were fairly popular (Youtubers/Bloggers with thousands of followers), so I wonder how hard it would be for a new member to build up a good number of viewers without a previously established userbase.
Did that neighbour you mentioned build her account from the ground up, or was she already somewhat known online? Also, how active was she, and what kind of stuff did she post? I'm just wondering how close Tsu is to some of its more mainstream counterparts such as Facebook or Instagram.

@PenguinManiac She started from scratch, she was invited by a friend from Facebook if I clearly remember, I don't know much about her promotion to gain referrals, I never discussed this, I do know she post updates pretty often daily(she told me), also she told me she created several tsu accounts and transferred the money to her main tsu account, this feature is possible under tsu network members, I also know once she received a message stated that tsu told her the money she generated was fake, then she answered tsu with asked information and tsu initiated the payment via my Paypal email. What she was doing was legit traffic and tsu understand it.

@UnslaadKrosis Have you confirmed your email?

TIP: don't post *** photos, yes you'll get a lot of pageviews but you may get your account banned, which is not cool.

Yeah, I did. And that's what vexes me.

I was really looking forward to joining this site (at least it looks better than facebook). But I guess they haven't yet optimised it properly for anyone and everyone to join and participate. What a bummer. -_-

Even though I am online alot I don't have large numbers of followers so I don't think this site would work for me. However, those that do have the following might do well with this site. It sounds like it has been around for a while and is a legitimate income source for those who can benefit from it.

Hearing she managed to earn that with no previous experience is really comforting (until now, I had only heard about vloggers and webstars making some decent money out of it), and it's surely a good point.
Also, it's great to hear they have a good customer service. You'd usually figure they are just using their users to make their website more popular and don't care much about them, but I'm happy to hear they're not like that. I'll surely take tsu into consideration.

From the looks of that proof of payment, it looks like Tsu is a gold mine. However, perhaps that neighbor who encashed $100 has thousands of friends and 1 post gets countless of reactions. But on second thought, it is not easy to acquire so many friends. Even in my Facebook account where I use to connect to my circle, I only get a few reactions for my post. I think Tsu is a great social media site when you have so many active friends.

I was a user on TSU when they first started, and was actively posting there since I love taking pictures. I signed up under my friend, but I had no referral. I couldn't make money on my own even though I was active. In the end, I donate all of my .80 cents after a year to my friend and left.
