The minimum revenue earnings required for Publishers is $50 for Startapp and they can get paid with Paypal with Net 30 terms. I feel they should add more ways to upload funds as presently you can only add funds with PayPal.

It would be great if they consider adding an alternative payment method for deposits but it doesn't look like they have any plans for the time being

For me,
1. Admob: AdMob no doubt it is the best ad network .
2. Chartboost: Chartboost has a great amount of campaign and a decent cpm and cpc.
3. StartApp: It is so good. However, their earning rate is not good. There are some vpn based earning apps in our country and all of them use StartApp.
4. AppLovin: It is also good. I have used this ad network for some time. Their ads are so high quality and personalized.
5. Unity: Unity should be at no.1 but I put it at no.5 because yiu can only monetieze games with unity ads. I never used this network. But I heard about it. It has a good amount of users. Many games use this service.
There are other ad networks like MoPub or TapJoy I didn't mention because I have never used them.

I have tried admob. But they have lots of stricts rules. I have registered more than four account and I have been banned from all the accounts. I don't really know what I was doing wrong because I was not self clicking.
I think startapp is ok because I have not read many reviews of accounts been suspended like Google admob does.

At of all the mobile advertising networks you mentioned above, i'm only familiar with Google Admob, it is very good, probably the best the only problem is that their rules are too strict. A friend of mine try startapp, he said it's good but he complained of the earning rate.

I think that many advertisers and publishers know the importance of mobile advertisement and this is why phones are now becoming a great tool to advertise products and services. There are many other great mobile advertisement networks out there as well. I have been reading about Adcolony. It is also a professional advertisement network.
