Membership & Registration
Signing up to the community is free and membership is open to residents in over 50 countries. Residents who are at least 15 years or such other age as specified by geographic location can join. Registration to the panel requires filling out a basic form of 9 questions. This is followed by an e-mail to finalize the registration. Upon confirmation, new members are awarded 500 points as a welcome gesture to the community. From here, members are encouraged to complete the demographic and profile surveys. This information increases the chance of being invited to participate in surveys which are more relevant. Profile surveys credit 100 points for each one completed.

Offer Features
Members earn credits for participating in daily surveys, focus groups, product reviews and many other offers. The panel is set up for members to choose surveys in categories that are of interest to them such as Video games, Travel, Shopping, and Media. Majority of the online surveys can be completed within 20 minutes. The time it takes for survey credits to be applied varies. Some offers are credited within a few days while others are credited within weeks after the survey has closed.

Rewards System
Toluna uses a point-based reward system in which 3,000 points are equivalent to $1. These points remain valid for 12 months and points not used within this period will automatically expire. After earning at least 30,000 points members are able to request payment. It generally takes between two and eight weeks for rewards to arrive. There are many options to choose from including PayPal, Amazon, GameStop, Fandango Gift Card, Dell Gift Card, Overstock and more.

Referral System
Members are free to share their referral links on whichever platform they choose. For every referral who completes a registration to join the community, 500 points will be credited to member account, with a limit of 10 new referrals per month.

Mobile App
The Toluna App is available for Android and iOS. The iOS version is currently available in over 20 languages. Addition of translations is an ongoing process and periodically new ones will become available. The App supports the website features and facilitates long surveys, access to the rewards center and quick polls, just as on the website.

I collected recently the award and after, I unsubscribed from TOLUNA!
The reason (maybe yours too)? well, hardly ever found a survey suitable for my profile!

Toluna Surveys have given me no problems, if there are any glitches, I suggest clearing your browser cache or use a different browser completely. Be sure to do the daily polls and games because they all add to your points.

Not even me, it gave me problems. However, the TOLUNA ITALIANA version often has Just few surveys and it almost always considers me unsuitable! For this reason, I took 3 vouchers worth a total of € 15, and left that site.

Huh!
I kinda left toluna for some months now. Reason being that I haven't been able to get any qualified survey till now.
@Icydoll talked about consumer insight program. How is the program like and how can I join? Seems to be a more rewarding program than just the regular surveys.

I have joined through this link ,you can contact them if you didn't get the link .you have to install an add-on as the chrome extension and keep it sign in for them to collect data .you should enter your toluna login details .they give points for our data on monthly basis .

I think Toluna is the best survey site in my country. I have been taking this survey for more than 3 months and almost every day I get at least 2 surveys that meet the qualification requirements. The income exchange system is in the form of coins, I have exchanged coins on paypal for more than 30 $ for these three months.

This is super legit but I have not cashed out even once because I did not reach the minimum threshold to be able to cash out. I am from tier 3 country btw

Yes ,this is real site but sometimes we complete surveys and after replying some questions,we can't proceed next because they says ,you are not qualified for this survey..
But yes.. it's real and legit and the people who want to work on surveys sites can try this.

This is so sad but I also experience this at times. Out of 20 surveys, i can only qualify for 2 or less. It is sad but it works especially for othets from Tier 1 countries.

I got points for 2 months but didn't get toluna insight program points for the September month ,but I'm not sure why they didn't add points for the last month .I will try to contact them about the points issue .Let me know if you got points for the insight program.
