Membership & Registration
Signing up to the community is free and membership is open to residents in over 50 countries. Residents who are at least 15 years or such other age as specified by geographic location can join. Registration to the panel requires filling out a basic form of 9 questions. This is followed by an e-mail to finalize the registration. Upon confirmation, new members are awarded 500 points as a welcome gesture to the community. From here, members are encouraged to complete the demographic and profile surveys. This information increases the chance of being invited to participate in surveys which are more relevant. Profile surveys credit 100 points for each one completed.

Offer Features
Members earn credits for participating in daily surveys, focus groups, product reviews and many other offers. The panel is set up for members to choose surveys in categories that are of interest to them such as Video games, Travel, Shopping, and Media. Majority of the online surveys can be completed within 20 minutes. The time it takes for survey credits to be applied varies. Some offers are credited within a few days while others are credited within weeks after the survey has closed.

Rewards System
Toluna uses a point-based reward system in which 3,000 points are equivalent to $1. These points remain valid for 12 months and points not used within this period will automatically expire. After earning at least 30,000 points members are able to request payment. It generally takes between two and eight weeks for rewards to arrive. There are many options to choose from including PayPal, Amazon, GameStop, Fandango Gift Card, Dell Gift Card, Overstock and more.

Referral System
Members are free to share their referral links on whichever platform they choose. For every referral who completes a registration to join the community, 500 points will be credited to member account, with a limit of 10 new referrals per month.

Mobile App
The Toluna App is available for Android and iOS. The iOS version is currently available in over 20 languages. Addition of translations is an ongoing process and periodically new ones will become available. The App supports the website features and facilitates long surveys, access to the rewards center and quick polls, just as on the website.

Yes, exactly! I don't know why it took years for them to pay. But, overall, they are one of the great survey panels online. One should try it if you like doing surveys and fun stuff.

I am in toluna but I have never received payment from them, sometimes it seems to me that the points aren't credited. I hope one day i get at least one payment from them, but it is also my fault because sometimes i don't open their emails.

yes it took almost 2 months to get payment after sending request, its a long time though.

TWO months is a very long time. I hope they change their system, why does it took too long compared to GlobalTestMarket. GTM only took me 2 weeks to process my payment.

It happens sometimes when we are occupied with extra work or not in feel to take the survey. I heard a lot about Toluna but also heard that they took a long time to release payments. One of my friend on mylot requested for payment from Toluna and i think they took about 30-45 days to process the payment. This is a much longer time and will make many to stay away from this website. But its a legit website for sure. Do they provide you one survey on daily basis or you receive them occasionally? are there surveys short or long?

Yeah its very disappointing that it took almost 2 months to pay, For me i cannot wait so long to receive the payments. I would prefer a website that pays soon and have lower threshold and it motivates me to be more active and earn rewards soon. That's the reason i prefer Streetbees and Citizenme as they don't take long to pay us. Though the payment is small but its still good. But i don't know why Toluna still have a lot many members but may be they are happy and used to it's ways.

Okay I can't say it as payment because it is gift. Normally they require 50000 points for getting 500 INR which is approx equals to 7.5 to 8$. I only having 6000 points so I tried my luck with gifties section. I tried to play few times for paypal gift (of course in exchange of 200 points each time). And after trying 5 to 6 times I won 31$ !!!! Means I spend 1000 points approx and I won 31$. So you can imagine how much I earned. Here is the proof.

Congratulations on that. That is what we really call luck, If luck works on you then nothing you can do. I envy you though.

I have tried many survey sites and I was unsuccessful. Recent ones are Earnably.com and Grabpoints. What are some very good survey sites where I am sure that I will be qualified for participating in surveys.

Toluna is more linient and easy to get passed compared to Global Test Market, in my experience and opinion.

I don't know about Global Test Market, but yes Toluna is quite easy, and yes it is good compare to others when we talk about getting approval. It works well for me.

Toluna pays fast for few tasks too, 16,000 points to cash out at about USD4.XX(equals to local currency MYR20), and most of the survey can earn from 3,000 to 6,500/7,000 points. So, basically can cash out once when done 3-5 surveys.I normally cash out every fortnight if I am hardworking enough. Haha!

The pay date should be around 19th or 20th of each month, according to my past experience. So , I guess your both payment will be paid in one shot. Be patient and wait for another few days. Good luck!
