I see that you have a problem, but try to approach the support to discuss your problem there, but when doing an investment with other crypto-currencies/processors expect bitcoin, litcoin, eth, other than that different currencies will have a problem as I saw and observe in many hyip sites, but all as I can see in this hyip site maybe they will last, maybe in the first cycle on their investment plan.
