FORBES has unveiled the list of Bitcoin billionaires topping the list. This information was compiled by Michael Castillo, the list provides a list of the people who gained the most from the rise of BTC to its ceiling of $ 42,000. The classification is as follows:
1.- Gemini co-founders, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss twins, have a cryptocurrency net worth of $ 1.4 billion.
2.- Matthew Roszak, co-founder of the Blockchain Bloq company, with 1.2 billion dollars.
3.- Tim Draper, president of the Blockchain Bloq company with 1.1 billion dollars.
4.- Michael Saylor, CEO of Microstrategy, with a fortune of 600 million dollars.
5.- Mike Novogratz, CEO and founder of Galaxy Digital, with a fortune of 478 million dollars.
6.- Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, with a fortune of 360 million dollars.
What do you think about the list? I thought Buterin was higher.

I wonder how they get the analysis of top richest bitcoin holders. Since bitcoin is anonymous, so how did Forbes get there bitcoin worth, or how do they know that those big bitcoin is own by them

Bitcoin is not totally anonymous, for total anonymity there are other cryptocurrencies such as Monero, in which privacy is their main objective, bitcoin transactions can be followed

Well I agree with you. But if I give you my wallet address, there is no way you will know that I owned it. Oh, I remembered, some users do put there nickname attached to the address

Remember that now most exchangers ask for a KYC verification, with that centralized exchangers can follow the course of your transactions, that is one of the main disadvantages and that is why the rise of DEFIs.

The KYC will only be for the exchanger website. When a bitcoin is stored , it wont be stored to an exchanger. It will be stored to a wallet. And the wallet address is anonymous.

You just mirrored my thoughts. How does Forbes come with all these statistics. But the recipients need to be speaking up if the analysis about their earnings are false too

This shows how billionaire have benefited also from investing in Bitcoin , atleast this should revive doubters interest to invest in cryptocurrency

It seems ethereum Co-founder have sold some of his assets because his current position is surprising to me. He should have been among the first three

Any news about the new set of list as of now with the allegedly new young billionaires that have been added to the list?

Yes but they'll potential do not pass their KYC to Forbes. It might be numbers that have to be released from SEC announcements when companies invest in crypto they might to publish this info to share holders. There they get their data from. Private purchase of the rich boys can be only summarized if known publicly.

Needs an update there's lot of new whales that got unto Cryptocurrency these past few months many people have profited billions from their investment.. but ofcourse not everyone sold

But many stay anonymous and don't have the wish to be on top list of Forbes. This brothers always seemed to be kind of attention whores to compensate whatever.
I think many of anonymous private whales are doing better that dudes.

You have a point there.. most whales stays anonymous and quietly profiting on Bitcoin perhaps they don't wanna be deemed as a manipulator or something
