We all know what the story of Robinhood is. It was all about a man who stole from the rich in order to give the poor. And this is a real life case when it comes to one of the cryptocurrency whales. Sam Bankman-Fried is a cryptocurrency whale, who was able to make in excess of 10 billion us dollars in the last three years, just from the cryptocurrency scene alone. Of course in order for someone to profit from the cryptocurrency market, there is someone else that has to lose, and that is how the decentralized network works. However, the difference here is that with all of this wealth, Sam plans on giving half of it away to the poor. This certainly still leaves more than enough for him, but a terrific gesture nonetheless. What are your thoughts on this?

I don't usually like the idea of robbing Peter to pay Paul, because it is still criminal to me despite the intent but is still good that they share it with others than keeping it to themselves a lone

At the end of the day I don't think that it is considered robbery when it comes to cryptocurrency because when you trade and make a profit in crypto I feel that for the profit that one person makes, there is someone else makign a loss to balance out that profit.

If you say so but your last statement is contradictory. You wrote that as one makes profit another is making a loss to balance. What do you call them isn't that a form of robbery. Or I'm not understanding you well

In my personal opinion I think that it works the same as gambling. One person wins in a gamble while the other loses. There is no robbery there because you are willing betting your money. Just like if you had to bet on a race. So whilst one is profiting another is losing, but it was their own choice to make the gamble, hence I believe that it is not considered to be robbery.

Okay then if you say so. I understand your stances especially if one willing get self into the investment. This is why it is always good to use money that one can easily forgo

Its a good gesture and initiative because the source of the money is legit , he is willing to give the money to the needs , he is really a kind person

Yeah it's a good thing that he remembers to share it with others. Yeah it more of a legit way that defrauding people to know an hypocritical gesture

There are many billionaires in the worth with more money than they can spend in their lifetime, if they all could come together in a foundation and donate half their wealth to a cause like creating fund for start-up businesses. Poverty would be eradicated in a short while.

Yeah true it would even reduce the unemployment rate, only that most of them are greedy and are not ready to share their funds to others

Many still say that what they are doing is legally correct but the higher ups says it is legally wrong, but from what I read is that big companies also do this always to profit from others but they get no backlash

People hates Robinhood though and users who buys Cryptocurrency there was being seen as.. well not so bright.. Saying robinhood owns the Cryptocurrency.. they don't

Well, l would say first of all his plan he has for giving part of his profit to the poor is a good idea and maybe from that he might get high hopes of making more money from the crypto market.

It is good to remember the poor when you have made it in life, because there is joy in given than receiving. For to have made such amount of money and decided to share some to the poor is good.

A worthy gesture indeed, how one behaves when he has everything matters a lot, so it's a good he is setting good examples, more money to be earned with crypto too

Well , considering the fact that he is using the fund to help people , one may say that it is a good thing ,but the fact here is that the source of money needs to be legit

For the mere he will be sharing it with others I applaud him. How about those that steal and are very stingy with it. I think it not really a Robinhood kind of story. This one is a lot better

In crypto currency market loss is almost inevitable , professional traders also make loss too , but that doesn't clarify the path that one have to make loss for another to make profit

Well great idea such idea can bring in good thoughts among the classes and it will certainly improve the society to some extent is overall good idea +1
