following on the news posted by another user that miners will need to sell their mined Crypto Currency directly to the Central Bank of iran, they are actually aiming to use these mined Crypto Currency to purchase imports.
they have been looking for alternative ways of purchasing imports so i think this will be a pretty great way of doing it and as an iranian i also hope that the economy will get better over time so i'm looking forward to seeing how everything goes

This wouldn't be a bad idea after all since they want to use it for something as worthwhile as buying an import. Bitcoin is the future now añd all the countries should embrace it

This is really good instead of using their own currency because that would devalue their currency more the rather use mined bitcoin , this is a good initiative

Wow I thought cryptocurrency was illegal in Iran. Anyways this is a great move for the people of Iran. I believe they'll be the first to do it and it'll have a positive effect on their economy

well... It's complicated... there aren't or weren't any rules against trading cryptocurrencies to begin with, but exchanges currently operating in Iran aren't exactly legal either, there's no way to currently register your business as a cryptocurrency exchange, the ones that did register registered their business as software specialists or things like that but not as an exchange.

It is quite impressive and futuristic of the Iranian government to opt for this method. This will also help gradually to strengthen the local currency against the dollar.

yeah especially since that our currency is currently extremely weak compared to USD so that would be great lol

I don't think this has to do with the common man since it about the selling to the central bank, it's the government B'ank but if it used for social amenities, then it will benefit everyone

They are very smart to do so, they can provide the mining equipments and making it have a good use in their country, the miners in their country and the Cryptocurrency investors are lucky since they will always have their gov bank to sell their coins to.

I totally agree that they are enjoying better as there's a readily market available for the sales and maybe it could be a better profit margin compare with selling else wherr
