Hello all forex traders here.

As a forex trader I would like to share the way of analysis to you all. We all know thag there three types of analyis in a forex market- Technical, fundamental and sentiment. There may be some more but these three are the most commonly used and have most impact on the market.

Technical analysis is important one. A trader needs to analyze the charts, its ups and downs, its indicators, candle stick patters etc to gather information. With the help of these information a trader can predict the market where it may head in future.

While fundamental and sentimental analysis is a theroitocal one. Fundamental analysis involved the news and long term view of the market. For example the impact of israel palestine conflict, outcome of CPOC meeting etc. Sentimental analysis comprises of the market sentiment. What is the position of traders in the market in buying or selling position and what could be their reaction.

In my view, all three analysis is Important in all their way. We can't blindly trust technical or fundamental or sentimental analysis. The perfect analysis is the combinations of equat proportion of all these. So a trader must got ve equal importance to all of the analysis while trading.

yes you are right and those who follow one part make the trading in wrong direction and suffer this way to be honest , much users i know focused on technical analysis and hardly sentimental , so their schemes survived for very small times until it

Fundamental analysis is very good and technical analysis is also a better option, the two analysis will help you to trade well and its dose bring good trade in return, what I love most about the technical analysis is the use of candle stick and some custom indicators to predict and analys the market this always make trade simple for me so the both analysis is very important

i too prefer the candlesticks and i look at per hour value rather than anything else this shows a Fibonacci pattern that where possible time frame can occur for the rise again and its pretty relevant

Candlestick pattern is the most widely used technical analysis. It is also called naked analysis as you are not using any indicator or any add ons in the chart. You can simply tell the market sentiment by stating at the candlestick patterns. Its very handy and convenient.

Yes and most of the people in my circle prefer that as well to be honest , am we have to di is to follow the pattern and everything should be fine and good to be honest

That is very good in either way I use trend line for that purpose but sometime I have to combine it with RSI and MACD that indicators always provide me with best signal and possible breakout thou sometime its fells parabolic sar is the trusted indicator am still using now

Trend line is a good method. But I usually trade with support and resistance method. Forex market vastly follows trend line, as I have traded both forex and stock, I am telling with my experience. While stock market, specially indian stock market mostly follows support and resistance method.

I'll go for Technical analysis anytime anyday. Majorly because it is more effective when trading.

I think technical analysis has it for me. It has more wining percentage than that of fundamental analysis. But you still have to work with the two if you want to be successful in forex.

Yeah you've got a good point here, but you should also know that candlestick patterns can be really wrong most times. It takes an experienced trader to fully analyse and work well with candlestick patterns.

I have just begun to listen to the news forecast about crypto. I usually have without the news. I like to analyze my charts and see where to take positions. But I found out in a hard way that the news forecast is important too.

everything is fine as long as it is used as well as possible. but if I personally prefer to trade using technical analysis because it is easier to use and understand, and does not require a long time to wait for a moment
Both the technical analysis and fundamental analysis are all good but sometime I technical analysis as been the best and it is a bit harder to understand compared to fundamental analysis but if you can understand the two analysis properly then you can trade the market successfully

I totally agree with you. A trader should consider all these types of analysis equally when trading. But should not trust them blindly, deep research should be done first so as to come up with the best analysis.

All three are important and affect each other also. Sentiment and fundamental analysis usually shows up in technical analysis as price and it's movements.

The article is very incisive and very educative. To pull successful trade in forex , you will need to consider all the analysis at your disposal. You can't rely on a single analysis to trade.

The two are very helpful when trading , I think the technical analysis would tell you the best position for you to place the trade sucessfully , while the fundamental analysis would give you insight on when to trade ,so the two are good

Coupled with your point, the two analysis rely on each other. One can't work effectively without the other.

As a forex trader I am always glued to my screen and that is why I prefer the technical analysis aspect because it will allow me to be able to make money within a short period of time. This does not in any way mean that I do not try to include a little fundamentals and news into my decision.
