Surveycompare.net is a UK based company and i dont think it will open the invitation worldwide. But i still try to register it and update whether i did get an invitation or not. Most of the paid survey site is eligible for tier 1 country though.

Well stated,I doubt it would accept other users apart from those in tier 1 countries,it annoys me because they pay a bit fairly but they have to restrict so many countries from participating.Will just research to find out if they accepts international users
