$100 CASHOUT is way to high for a PTC site, that payment proof from your friend is very sketchy, it could be fake as well.
Also, I did some research about Surfeey, it was launched 2 weeks ago, I cannot find any reviews online and no other payment proofs.

I would like to know one thing, the $2 referral commission is it for free registration or the referral must upgrade?

Nah. You guys have fun with that. I prefer ptc that is straight to the point, not "click the right one and win 5 cents." I don't like porn advertisement either as like 99% of the time it comes with viruses spyware. Not to say it's all porn but there were too many fruit nubs and one eyed snakes there for me to stick around
