I tried to withdraw my funds and they refuse just because my sites are faucets. They added new rules to their terms when I asked why I couldnt withdraw. Ive been giving them free advertisement for over a year. They should of rejected all my sites before.
The question is, is there any terms and conditions? Because i cant see Terms and conditions page on web footer
The site doesnt have an english version like surfe.be (that is owned by same "company") and the Faq is not translated so you have to use Google Translate extension to translate the whole page

And maybe you promoved ads "agressive" , that is not allowed on their website

The attached file includes the current conditions a site must comply with in order to be added to the network. Faucets are not mentioned, but stuff like pop-up/pop-unders or ads placed in a way they don't like are not allowed.

Rule 3 applies to faucets, PTC and etc and I don't remember it being there before. Only one of my site was rejected not all of them before I ask for withdraw. The reason for rejection said that I broke rule 13 (low quality traffic). I removed my sites from the site before I ask for withdraw. I closed all my faucet sites. I only earned few bucks from my sites.

My sites were added at surfe.be but they told me to use chat at surfe.pro. Both sites have my info and I can use the same login. surfe.pro showed me the terms at surfe.be. Both sites seems to be working as one site.

Rule 3 applies if you somehow ask/force your users to click on ads. Basically, faucets do not offer payments for clicking on ads or banners. Some faucet explicitly ask for it but it brakes the rules of essentially all ad networks.
The rule 13 can be related to PTC traffic, because with ptc campaigns usually you would attract users for a few seconds only. If you did not use ptc campaigns or similar services, the low quality traffic should be mainly due to bots traffic, especially if your faucet did not require registration.

Thanks for explaining. The faucet they rejected only required users to complete my captcha and it didn't have a shortlink. My other faucets had a shortlink. I didn't tell users to click the ads shown on the sites.

Hello guys, take a look what happened after my latest withdrawal:

My balance was -1.37 USD and looks like I have to earn the amount that I had withdrawn to get my balance reach 0.00
Then I will be able to earn and withdraw (probably)

me too

I cant see surfe.pro site (gives me error message). surfe.be uses same account and it show 0 USD for me. I was suppose to have some cash there after they minus the amount I got from the rejected site. Withdraw history is empty. Maybe the site is having issues.
