The minimum WD is $ 0.03. You can WD in 2-3 days clicking all ads and video available which is total numbers 20 to 25 or something. The problem is the fixed WD fee that is $0.01. WD every $0.03 is not a good idea. To get $0.5 took about less than 50 days, it's an average PTC site earning but with less minimum WD rules that's why this site is good.

Yeah, I don't see PayPal option too.

I'm using Payeer for my first $0.03 WD to check if the sites are legit. I scammed by several PTC sites already that's why I always try to WD with the smallest amount available several times when I try a new PTC site.

It's impossible for you to have a Paypal payment proof, it is a Russian site,
due financial laws that is not going to happen.

I can't even withdraw (I live in USA, they are Russian),

What I want to add to this is that it's not the 100s of active referrals that make me the most money,
they are great and building me a giant downline but....

What has made me the most money is going out and selling the advertising.
When I do get another advertiser / promoter underneath, they repeatedly buy the advertising because the conversions are high.

I've taken the time to network and talk to others about a quality site, it's not too hard.

It's Russian, not going to happen, sanctions and all that stuff.
When they first started you could do Paypal deposits only (not get to paid),
but it was a bit complicated. Then they stopped the Paypal deposit system.
Maybe from sanctions or what not, I don't know.

So then I was left with no way to pay for advertising.
My solution was to get 1000s of referrals, I can't withdraw either,
but that's okay. I use surfebe to get referrals for my other sites.

We can use crypto, I love crypto. Where did you hear this?
Surfebe doesn't use crypto for withdraw, or deposits.
It would be great if they did, but they might have restrictions in place on the Russian side, I don't know.

But on the Payeer platform, you can exchange the Payeer money into crypto and send it to your crypto wallet (be careful though, cuz some of the crypto on Payeer have restricted rules like a minimum deposit for BTC is $5 if less you lose the money so please read the rules on the sites carefully).
Like I did a few days ago. I convert my Payeer dollar to XRP and send to my cryptocurrency wallet/exchange in my country and send it to my bank account.

Ahhh, well I can use crypto, I just can't use Payeer in the USA. So that doesn't work.
