I think Stellar's timing was perfect and this was an intelligently executed plan.They thought since Ripple has fallen out with Moneygram due to the lawsuit why not fill in the void or vacancy they have created.This will be a great partnership because Moneygram are very good company who are at the level of Weatern Union in competence.
