Hi, I have the adlinkfly script, am accepted into a few ad networks and have domain. Not sure how/which hosting to get and then set up the script. Could anyone recommend me a good cPanel (I think) host for a very tight budget and show me how to set up a link shortener?

like he actually never knew about youtube & google existence , the purpose of him asking is seeking for some decent websites that will be better for him since reviews on google are mixed and some of them aren't real
