Actually it's Stars CPM which looks like a cool display traffic network from many many positions out there. I still haven't tried them but plan to, I want to see which verticals do they have and which is minimum deposit for all my testing there with them. Thanks for that matter

0.01774 for 3000 Views that is a very low amount compared to other CPM Ad Networks. I suggest you try A-ads they have high CPM rates and accept any site and there is no minimum withdrawal ammount.
