I guess the offer of $7 free for bmf users has expired very before. You don't have to deposit to receive the free coins , but the offer is no longer available unfortunately.

I have sent my passport for level 2 verification and it's been under review for almost 2 weeks. Today I just found out it was rejected as the image was "blurry". I can't believe I will have to send a new one when I made sure 100% that the image was clear. When I get my money, I will never use the site again ?

Were you not allowed to withdraw your money from stake without passing level 2 verification? I didnt face any issue like that. Maybe its because of your geographical location or the country you belong to is not supported by stake. You can live chat support to proceed further , they may give you other options to enable withdraw.

I did live chat their support after uploading clearer copies of my passport. I don't think it's about my location or the country where I live is the issue. Was able to withdraw my money successfully, but what I don't like is the way they kind of ignore you, so you have to chat them every time to get an update about an action they could have easily done right away.

Yeah , thats true sometimes. I had issues with live support before where they replied not exactly to the question I asked them. But I always try to be polite with them so that they pick me for giveaways lol. I am not sure why they asked you to verify before withdrawing , perhaps you were withdrawing large sum of money or some other case.

I was very polite as there is no point in showing aggravation when I'm the one who needs assistance, and I'm glad theywere able to help. They only could have done it faster. Also, it's not a large sum, was only the minimum amount for withdrawal. Anyway it's all good 😅

Ah , sometimes live support takes too long to respond. You get a bot message initially if there is no reply from the customer support. By the way , may I ask which VIP level you are? I am a gold vip there from 3 years , but I find it very hard to win in any games.

According to the latest news in the crypto world, Christopher Freeman, former partner of Stake founders Ed Craven and Bijan Tehrani has sued them for $400 million. The lawsuit is filed in the Southern district Court of New York.
Although it seems Freeman has no contract to fight case, but there is always something to fight the case.
