Spare5 Overview
Spare5 is a GPT site and iOS App that pays its community members to perform various micro tasks on behalf of its clients. One of the company's main functions is to use human skills in training artificial intelligence (AI) models to be more intelligent. Spare5 has worked with some of the well known brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Sentient Technologies, GoPro, Pinterest, and Expedia.

Getting Started
Anyone age 18 and over can create an account with Spare5. Registration can be done through one of several social media accounts or by email address. After account creation, you will be required to provide some basic information such as age, gender and address. This information will be used to pair you with available tasks. These tasks can be completed either by logging into their website or by using the App which currently only available for iOS devices.

The Tasks
Tasks are sectioned into the following categories:

Assess Language
Here you will be listening to audio voice recordings and describing the content, tone, meaning, and speaker attitude.

Annotate Images
This task requires viewing images and labeling the different elements.

Isolate Elements
For this task you will be selecting the edges of elements to separate them from the rest of the image.

Provide Keywords
This task is simply tagging photos using appropriate keywords. This information is used to train computers on how to interpret images.

The Pay System
The minimum payout is set at $1. This setting can be adjusted on the dashboard of your account if you desire to be paid at a larger amount. Payments are sent via PayPal every Friday.

Referral System
Under the Refer-a-Friend program, you can earn up to $20. Every time your referral earns $10, you will receive a $2 bonus, and the referral will receive $1. This will continue until they have earned their first $100 or through their first 180 days. Your referral link will be activated when you have received $10 in payouts.

I think I won't reach the minimum this week since master tasks finished I had only enough to make 21 cents but while there is nothing to do on the website, if you have the required device, the photo task is still active in the app and now it is paying quite well.

If you have an iphone then good for you. You can earn extra there. As for me I only rely on the web tasks

yes I am using laptop and logging in on google
chrome. There are some points that I can move, while others is really giving me a headache to fit on the circle, and will notify me that I cannot make points on that part.

I don't get it many of you refer to the payout being weekly and stuff. So what happens if you don't reach the minimum payout? Does it take you $3 and leaves you with nothing and starts counting from 0 again?

Cause that's stupid - especially when you have people competing about tasks or not have enough tasks for everyone to fill out. Maybe I misunderstood if someone can explain please?

You can set the minimum payout how much you wanted but not less than $1. So basically the minimum payout weekly is $1. If you didn;t meet the weekly minimum, your earning from the previous weeks will accumulate until you reach the minimum.

What you're indicating is really plain stupid. No one will join a site like that.

So for making a dollar here we need to spend a lot of time here though the nature of work is not so hard! The question is is that time what we are spending here worth the payment we are receiving? I think there are many sites where from we can make much more money by spending this much of time! This is my personal opinion! Thanks!

Your wrong my friend! The tasks here are not time consuming. A task may only take 10 seconds to finish and can give you $0.01. If that task is plenty enough you can earn $3.6 an hour.

That's why it's called SPARE5. You can earn just using your spare time.
I sometimes do tasks while watching my favorite tv shows!

Last time, I though I got it correctly but after adding and moving all points to the circle, I still did not pass the test. It is either I lack or I am over with annotation.

They are not actually time consuming I believe. Or maybe it depends on the offers given to you. Or the set of skills a person has. Like for me, annotation, polygon, and other tasks that requires placing points, drawing lines, boxes and cuboids are just easy tasks because I draw and design plans for buildings and structures for a living. But I am not good with the fashion tasks.

I have done that, when I tried to add some point and move it, it will just go back to its shape. On corners, I have no problem, but on the straight lines , that is where I cannot put a point and move it to the circle.

As I told you, use the "select" tool not the "draw" tool when adding points. If you use the draw tool you cannot add points to the existing polygon so use the select tool. I just tried it right now. See image below.

No I don't have that much xp since I was not so active on the site, I was rarely visiting the site before until such time that I already lose some interest maybe that is why my account was not anymore working for me.
