Spare5 Overview
Spare5 is a GPT site and iOS App that pays its community members to perform various micro tasks on behalf of its clients. One of the company's main functions is to use human skills in training artificial intelligence (AI) models to be more intelligent. Spare5 has worked with some of the well known brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Sentient Technologies, GoPro, Pinterest, and Expedia.

Getting Started
Anyone age 18 and over can create an account with Spare5. Registration can be done through one of several social media accounts or by email address. After account creation, you will be required to provide some basic information such as age, gender and address. This information will be used to pair you with available tasks. These tasks can be completed either by logging into their website or by using the App which currently only available for iOS devices.

The Tasks
Tasks are sectioned into the following categories:

Assess Language
Here you will be listening to audio voice recordings and describing the content, tone, meaning, and speaker attitude.

Annotate Images
This task requires viewing images and labeling the different elements.

Isolate Elements
For this task you will be selecting the edges of elements to separate them from the rest of the image.

Provide Keywords
This task is simply tagging photos using appropriate keywords. This information is used to train computers on how to interpret images.

The Pay System
The minimum payout is set at $1. This setting can be adjusted on the dashboard of your account if you desire to be paid at a larger amount. Payments are sent via PayPal every Friday.

Referral System
Under the Refer-a-Friend program, you can earn up to $20. Every time your referral earns $10, you will receive a $2 bonus, and the referral will receive $1. This will continue until they have earned their first $100 or through their first 180 days. Your referral link will be activated when you have received $10 in payouts.

I am not that involved and lucky with spare5 and that's why i cannot earn much or any from Spare5. I will try to refer my friends on Spare5 and will try to earn from that and its feasible for me also.

One of the most toughest website i have ever worked is Spare5 and i always regret that i was unable to earn anything from Spare5. There tasks are a bit too much difficult for me and this is the reason i have never been able to earn from that. Hope i can do better on Spare5 soon.

Same goes to me, some of the task on spare5 are difficult for me
that is why I got low xp and less tasks or sometimes no task available for the week. I was only able to earn once from the logo task which gave me more than $2.

same goes for me, whenever i read any good comment about Spare5, i open the spare5 website hoping to get new tasks but it doesn't work. However, i was able to get one payment of $1.12 from them.

There are some easy task sometimes but you have to be quick once they are sent, because the quota for those task can easily be full. There are some easy writing task that might fit for you.

Are you talking about me or others who got paid?? Yes, I'm doing great at Spare5 compare to other site. But, I don't have any referrals or you can just count one person but I don't think that person is active anyway. Btw, I got paid early this week (today - Friday) usually I got paid by Saturday here my time.

Congrats, it is much better to work on desktop than on mobile version because you will ba able to use a mouse for some task like segmentation. One more thing is they send more tasks on desktop version than on mobile version of spare5.

There are some easy task sometimes but you have to be quick once they are sent, because the quota for those task can easily be full. There are some easy writing task that might fit for you.

I can understand that some tasks on Spare5 are very timely and we need to complete them soon but the problem is i always get very few tasks and i am not comfortable with those as they are quite technical for me and i am never comfortable with them and that's why not earning anything from spare5.

This week was a bit slow for me... I had some that were fixing some car labels and boxes but nothing much. Last week seemed MUCH better and way more tasks.

I am not even able to complete the labeling task on Spare5 and there is no other tasks for me so that i can skip and earn from them. Seems like they send me only the labeling task and nothing more then that.

There is one task that gave a headache before, that was boxing the building and then you have to label it and tell what percentage is visible with the image. I find it really difficult and some image are
too small and blured.
