Reports from south africa say the country's police now issued a arrest warrant sandile shezi a 29 year crypto trader.
The warrant was issued after one allan ledwaba, an investor with shezi's global forex Institute, accused the crypto currency trader of swindling him out of more than $33000.

I hope he will be arrested and sentence as far as suppose but everybody needs to be careful with most of this cryptocurrency traders it is better to engage on exchange platforms than all these acclaimed cryptocurrency traders that eventually end up defrauding people.

I hope more investigation is done on the case, and this will serve as lesson to crypto fraudsters , that they would be caught if they indulge in practices like this , so they won't get caught

The fraudsters easily convince people with mouth watering return on investment and they also easily accept and Invest. Similar case occured earlier this year in the US.

Well such things are common in countries like Africa to be honest , in glad that they still have a good law force in place to be honest actually in my opinion .

This is all due to the economy thing that makes people do such things most people in Africa are living just on the poverty line to be honest ...

This is really huge a lot $33k just super by another. People can be terribly greedy I hope he doesn't go unpunished. He needs to be used as a scapegoat to others

Frauds like him if proven guilty should atleast get 10 years in jail so other can be wary of doing the same thing.. people think just because it's crypto they are invisible thus making these acts

Fraud is fraud no matter the amount involve or how site it seems, the country made the right choice and the decision was prompt, that money is Definitely somebodies sweat.

That's true.. no matter how small the amount is.. if they are taking somebody else money and efforts worth via fraud. They should be punished. Hope this sets an example that they are not in any way invisible just cause it's crypto

Most people still fall back to fraud because when they eventually get caught, they are free in no time with little or no punishment to accord their deeds.

When I saw the headlines I was believing that maybe they were arresting the man because cryptocurrency is illegal in South Africa but now it is not true, they are arresting the man because of hims swindling the 33 thousands dollars of one of his investors ,he should return it all

It is quite unfortunate that a lot of people have been swindled by so called experts in crypto and Forex trading who offer their victims site returns on their investments. This trader should be used as an example to deter others from such fraudulent acts.

I wouldn't say much about this because the information isn't backed with proof. Before it's made concrete it has to be backed with proofs which shows that the accusation of the theft occured which the trader performed. I believed every investigation have been carried out already.

That's the right steps to take when once you know that you wouldn't be able to stand any punishment meted out after your arrest then it is better to stay away from fraud. it can be very annoying when you are dupe of your hard earned money. Fraudsters should never be encouraged or pampered.

If this is not a case of false accusation, then good work by the authorities, he should be used as an example to others who might also want to go into such ways to make money. It's really sad to see brilliant young men and women go into the life of crime just so they can make good money.

He deserved it. Any crypto scammers who are bringing misfortune to other people are all should be treated with justice and jailed for a long time so that they have enough time to contemplate and rethink about their ways of life. If no cyber criminal use crypto again, this will also dramatically improve crypto reputation in the community.

Thirty three thousand dollars is a huge sum of money. The details of the news is not known and we cannot conclude that the crypto traders frauded him, because anyone who invest on cryptocurrency recently, will record lots of losses. The $33k may be a loss from the cryptocurrency investment.
That's true though proper investment needs to take place before making any final decisions, a similar case like this happened in my area. A lady introduced someone in a site that deals on crypto currency. According to them, the lady bought some coins worth 500 dollars only for the coins to drop drastically. The said lady came back with some street boys that the woman has cheated her, that her money was 500 dollars but now it's not even up to a hundred dollars. But in reality it is the coin that dropped and nobody cheated her.

That's a pathetic story. This is the reason we can't just jumped into conclusion . It could be losses incurred from the present dip. All cryptocurrencies are on the bearish run. The cause and sources of the loss is not yet ascertained. I am still on a lookout for the major cause inorder to make accurate decisions if such situation present itself again in the future.
Most of them are fundamental cause ,there was a news some time ago ,which is reducing the current buying pressure , everything is not really about technical ,a lot of fundamental analysis also place it's fact in infulencing the coin too I think tho
