According to the information provided, investors who traded BTC through the Bitcoin trading company Mirror Trading international could not withdraw their funds from the system in December. Thereupon, the company was liquidated by court decision. Thus, it was understood that this company actually created a happiness chain, defrauding people and the company CEO escaped.
South Africa is preparing to regulate crypto money trading after the Mirror Trading International event, which is a great chain of happiness movement.
What do you think about the legal regulations that are tried to be made in general?

Is a nice development in the right direction, it will show transparency and trust in the system. The cryptocurrency regulations has started spreading from Nigeria to South Africa.

I follow the editing news with both interest and some suspicion. Hopefully, laws can be made that prevent fraud and protect investors.

I think its a good move instead of banning it they should place some regulation and could even generate more revenue for the government i think

If the governments are keeping a close eye on exchangers so they wouldn't go scamming people i think it's good. It should be a worldwide agreement.. if a CEO fleed to their country then they can arrest him since transactions are all over the world too

I do not know if they have made any progress in this area recently, but I hope they have done some work for the regulations. I believe regulations are a positive process for investors to be safe.

Well , am not surprised with this decision by South Africa government. A lot of African government are not really comfortable with cryptocurrency .

Such a decision made by South Africa's government is a good one and should be adopted by more countries. Fraudsters are taking advantage of Cryotocurrencies to scam people and so there should be regulations on that.

I doubt if the regulation will stop the activities of scammers . To me it will only make government to monitor cryptocurrency transaction basically

Yeah, right it will not prevent people from scamming others. But with the government monitoring, it will be good in reducing anonymity and so that reduces scam cases.

This is why I think there should be a regulation. It will help curtailed fraud or any dubious activities. If South Africa want to adopt a regulation then it okay

Yeah the recent scams and hack are really increasing and when regulations and put in place the exchange platform would be well checked if they are able to carry out legit service

That's the whole essence bro. I don't mind this regulations since it will help to check mate criminal cases it is all for our good

Like someone have stated, holding cryptocurrency exchanges accountable is actually the right thing to do and of course this is the best way to do that. It will ensure transparency and safe trading.

If the CEO really fled with investors money, that makes it a HYIP. As I know trading cryptocurrencies on major exchanges has not caused this type of losses to the people.

Which is why i think it's necessary for the governments to regulate exchangers since nothing is holding them to do such activities and users have nothing to do about it

Yeah it is actually very important to regulate cryptocurrency exchangers. There is an ongoing investigation about binance concerning insider traders, I'm still following the news.
