Solana's blockchain performance was reportedly hit by a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack over the past 24 hours, however the network appears to have remained online throughout.

This wouldn't be the first time Solana has suffered this issue, with Cointelegraph reporting in September that the network suffered a 17-hour-outage due to mass botting activity for an initial DEX offering (IDO) on Solana-based DEX platform Raydium.

The latest DDoS attack was highlighted by Solana-based NFT platform Blockasset on Dec. 9 around 3 pm UTC,

The team has said that it was facing issues validating the call to data requests and has not confirmed any news on whether the network was tried to be hack or it was just a configuration problem

Many competing companies said " Sol down again , this shit is down again which shows how active their competition are at the moment

This attack is becoming too incessant now. I know there are better ways of keeping these attacks away. Solano needs to work towards giving this a rest to make users continue to believe in them. Hackers might not just rest because they need money but the system needs to work against them solidary to win.

I actually don't like seeing coins getting hacked and others ,they actually just need to work on their security , because the reoccurrence of hacks and others won't even grow the platform to the expected turn out ,all of these should be the watch out when there are thoughts about the security of the coin platform
