You don't need to reply any SMS. I am receiving 2 sms each day and 2 sms each night on all of my verified numbers.

It seems they have added the option of Bitcoin in an update but they told me yesterday that the Bitcoin's minimum payout is 10 USD. The app will soon have a referral program in future.

This app is made by the same dev as MoneySMS and it was on Google Play Store previous month, it got removed from there for some reason, they are trying to get it back.

I only have 2 numbers registered and today I got two sms worth 0.02$.Maybe it take some time to reach the threshold but the sense that they are paying it's been ok to run this on a background.

You can have as many numbers you like just use the same account you registered the first time on all of your devices so it doesn't really matter for the PayPal address it will be same. It will take a month to reach the minimum payout for 1 Sim. The more verified Sims the more easier it gets to reach the minimum payout amount early.

So far I'm thinking only to use my PayPal.They have Bitcoin option but yet nobody tried it so far and according to @Aadii minimum threshold for Bitcoin is 10$.
