It seems that SMMShop solved the problems.

Just now I did 10 tasks. Last time, either can do 1 task or do no task and now can do more tasks already.

Now we can earn commission by refer people. Referral commission is working. You can check under "My Referrals". You will see that Pending Approval in brackets has gone. Your "Total Referral income" balance has your commission balance. Your commission is also added to your "Next Payout" balance.

Now we can continue earning from SMMShop.
