When it comes to managing a business. A manager needs some good skills to run the business effectively. So apart from marketing skills a manager needs. What others skills are needed by a manager?

Business management is a pretty massive concept.
So you need to clarify it a bit, cuz only you know exactly what is your meaning on this term.
I'd recommend you check Glassdoor or similar services, and just find the vacancy close to your requirements. That's it

patience and communication skills , it's kinda hard to act in a different way than you're actually doing with your friends or in school , but you have to be kinda hypocrite , at the end , you're the winner

I'm not sure that's a good long term strategy It's hard just to become who you're really not, because it's profitable for your business.

I think the communication skills are the most important in handling successful businesses. Other than that , you need hard work and team work as well..

I agree that you cannot change yourself just to become business person. It is the best to pursue your career interests that you love to do instead of becoming someone who you really are not !

Aside marketing, creativity, good customers relationship are key factors that a manager need to work or posses when managing a business, he or she must also be tolerant and maintain a servant- leader role not boss all the time.

Marketing skills, knowing your own employees strengths and weaknesses, good diplomacy, ability to analyse market movement, are all needed to become a good manager.

Not everyone can become a bussiness man, so, if you find yourself as a good candidate, try your luck, first of all, believe in yourself if you want to success.
