I don't really see anything bad in it , because most people with degree certificate , do not have enough skill to show for the certificate .Trump decided to make working in a US company rely on your skills more than the degrees you have, i like that to be honest, since having a degree doesn't really mean you are qualified to practice a job .
Yea exactly, especially when grinding some specific subjects to pass an exam in something you already studied for isnt a hard thing at allCollege is overrated, fight me. I know some American graduates who have crazy ideas like how they believe that cloud computing is relying on the real clouds in the sky to transfer data. Just because you have a degree doesn't mean you're smart.
Well said bro , some with degree paid their way to the degree , they may not be able to defend the degree when there is need for it.College is overrated, fight me. as i said previously, degrees don't really mean that you are qualified to practice something, in some occasions, you even work in something that's not even related to what you studiedSkills are great but degrees are a more better and gratified position of a skill. I still think that degrees are better than skills, but skills are also good .
The degree that is better than a skill , us a degree acquired with a full knowledge of the both the practical and theoretical aspect of the field ,less , it is useless .Skills are great but degrees are a more better and gratified position of a skill. I still think that degrees are better than skills, but skills are also good .
You are right, having a degree without a skill to back it up is useless, because when you're working, it's your practical knowledge that counts not the theories you learnt in school, like you rightly said, some degree holders cannot defend their degrees.I love that!
simply because this is the best to rate the worker, what's the benefit if you have a Doctora diploma or high and you are so bad if they will examine you.
it's nothing especially those last years, many people in my country started bought diploma degrees to make them on their CV but their level is so ...
education is really important also because you will receive important information that you won't get them from any place but you must work hard and make internships to understand more your fieldJust imagine this, you pay to study after spending half of your years studing, paying to study.. Only God knows if you use the money you use to get educated in starting up a bissiness maybe you will be a millionaire by now and the president just decided to give job by skills just like that... What do you think has happen to your wasted years in school...
Who said you will waste your years in the school? If you studied enough im sure you will get the required skill to have access to a job, if you dont have the skill, it would be you who to blame because you wasted years without learning anythingJust imagine this, you pay to study after spending half of your years studing, paying to study.. Only God knows if you use the money you use to get educated in starting up a bissiness maybe you will be a millionaire by now and the president just decided to give job by skills just like that... Degrees for me were always just a proof that you studied a couple of subjects in a specific period of time, without skill you will really suffer while workingWe are in the time of skills now and not degree. Although degree and skills are both good together. A degree can get a job, but without skill one cannot move further.
yeah that's the opportunity for people to prove themselves without the need of having a degree, having them both together would be without any doubt the key to an easy access to jobsTrump decision is very good skills and degree is very vital in working in a company if someone doesn't have a degree but he or she have skills the person should be given a chance to work in a company he or she is capable of doing better than someone else who has a degree
Well, it would be then completely balanced if both of them degreed and skills required to have access to a job, after reviewing your degree, you pass some test to prove your skillsTo get the job as fast as possible skills are best in this regard but honestly to get improved on the job requires a degree holder that make extensive research and make recommendations.
