I saw that it does not accept copyrighted content and what I shorten are movies I guess I will not be able to use it

One thing is theory and the other is practice, I shorten copyrighted programs and so far I have not had any problems. I recommend you try it, I think you will not have any problems like me.

I don't understand when the payment will actually be.
On the site you see "Withdrawal Requests: Twice a Month" but I talked to the owner and he said they can't pay biweekly and they'll pay on the end of the month.

I also talked to the admin and he told me that payments can take up to 15 days. Regarding the other you can request several payments in a month. As for the payments to me the majority have made it to me every day or a maximum of 4 days, although there was a payment that took me 9 days. It is up to you to trust the shortener, for my part I still use it because it has not given me any problems.
